The hotel is ok. We had a mixed experience. I booked for 3 people and booking.com came back with the need for a double and single room. The double actually had 4 beds but was a nice size with balcony. The single was actually a double but no working hairdryer, broken shower screen, no kettle and WiFi was so slow...

excellent location close to the old town. dinner and breakfast buffets very good. reliable wifi. sparse fitness centre with only two bikes and two walkers. bar is convenient if you have to also work a bit, although be aware smoking is allowed inside. Our room on the 2nd floor with two double beds pushed together was over heated and even...

We have stayed at the Hotel Grauer Bar over the Chrsitmas 2016 and it was a very pleasant stay. Our room was spacious, which was great as we were staying at this Hotel for slightly more than one week. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and fresh fruits and all kind of eggs done by a chief. Service...

We decided to go back to this beautiful Hotel in Innsbruck for our annual Ski Holiday. The hotel is great for many reasons, location, excellent food, the spa with a heated pool and the bar. The only problem we found was the lack of information we could get from the reception staff. The girls on reception are really nice but...

We only stayed here for one night and its location is very convenient. We were very close to the main square which is where the Christmas Markets were. We spent little time in the hotel but it was nice to be able to drop things off in the hotel and use it for the bathroom before heading back in. The...

This hotel was almost out of sight with a small street front, but once inside we were pleasantly surprised. Modern rooms with all the amenities. The lobby was inviting and the bar area quite unique. Hidden sliding wood panels to enter the public bathrooms!

Location is central, easy access to sights, buses etc, close to the Old Town and Maria Theresen St, but the hotel always smelled like smoke, the reception was quite unhelpful and the room was badly designed for a family. We were told the ski bus stop was 'behind the hotel' - it is 2 blocks up - we would never...

Hotel is very clean, staff friendly and close to centre of town. Recommend trip up the mountain by cable car, the Olympic ski jump with Cafe with fantastic views. Snow made it special. Jacuzzi sauna 5*

We stayed 4 nights, and we thought that staff was friendly and we felt welcomed. Room was in 3rd floor and was very hot, but we opened the window once in a while, so it was okay! Breakfast was good, not very special but the croissants were really good! Cleaning ladies came everyday (we didn't expect that), so the room...

My 2 sons (age 20 and 24) and I stayed in this hotel. We requested a triple and that normally consists of either a king-size bed and a cot or 2 twins and a cot in a small space. We were pleasantly surprised when we were able to have separate sleeping areas. I slept in the large main part of...
