The AC Hotel Innsbruck garners praise for its tranquil atmosphere, with guests appreciating the spacious, well-appointed rooms boasting modern amenities and serene Alpine views. The staff's friendliness and professionalism enhance the experience, as does the array of amenities including a lavish breakfast and fitness facilities. While offering good value and a central location near the Altstadt and train station, the hotel's cleanliness is also a highlight, although there were occasional concerns about support and housekeeping coordination.

I have stayed at the AC Hotel in Innsbruck multiple times and it has become our go-to hotel in Innsbruck.

The rooms are modern and of a decent size. The beds are comfortable. The views over Innsbruck from the higher floors are excellent. (I had a view overlooking the ski jump this time). The hotel is close to the train station, next door to the casino, and a short walk to the old town and restaurants.

There was a bit of noise in the room from the neighbouring room but fortunately it did not last long.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

It was 30 + degrees when we were in Innsbruck but the AC in room worked well and kept the room ar a pleasant temperature. This time the Chromecast in our room didn't work for either night of our stay (a network error).

COVID-19 adjustments have been made to the hotel - masks, hand disinfectants, mandatory use of gloves at the breakfast buffet etc.

I was upgraded due to my Bonvoy status.

Our stay at the AC Hotel Innsbruck was excellent. Rooms are sufficiently big and equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Best part of our high floor room were the beautiful mountain views from the room. Just amazing. Even if you don't have a direct view from your room, each floor has a balcony where you can get a 360 degree view of the city (there are two balconies on each end of the corridor). The staff were generally very helpful and accommodating of your requests (we were traveling with a small baby and needed baby's food warmed up which they were happy to do in their restaurant). Breakfast buffet was very economical and had good options. Location of this hotel is just one block away from the no-car zone of the old town of Innsbruck city, so this hotel is very centrally located and close to the heart of the city with all the attractions, food and culture. Parking is below the hotel but is managed by the city and was 20 Euros per days when we stayed (no in and out privileges) but I guess that's the cost of staying close to the old town/heart of the city. Overall a very nice stay with very helpful and kind staff members! Would be happy to visit again!

Room was modern and well proportioned. Room was very clean and maintained. View from the 10th floor towards the ski jump was excellent. TV which allowed you to Chromecast from your phones was a bonus. Close to restaurants and sights. Friendly staff. Room was a bit hot at night - thermostat showed above 23 degrees despite setting the AC for the lowest temperature possible.

Breakfast was quite busy. When we arrived there was only table available (or sitting at the bar). A number of the hot dishes had run out but ultimately were replaced. Each time we have stayed at the hotel there has always been a queue of the coffee machine. Perhaps the second machine which is used for takeaways could be pressed into service at breakfast.

The restaurant was also busy at dinner. The food was generally very good however service was really slow. The waiter even came over to apologise.

Bonvoy status recognised on arrival with a room upgrade.

Rooms are large and the bed is comfortable, TV is not smart and can't mirror you smartphone/laptop and only have news channels in English.
2 major problems for me:
1. Windows are not very acoustic sealed and you can hear the street sounds
2. Bathroom door is made of semi transparent glass and is you turn the light at night it lid the guest room also.

Breakfast is good and dining room manager Belinda is wonderful and lovely.
Parking cost is very high - 20 Euros per day.
Located 5 minutes walk from the old city and right next to the Triumphpforte.

If you are arriving by car, know that they use the public parking garage by the entrance as the hotel parking. You can pay the hotel directly for parking and not have to worry about the machines in the parking garage.

Even though it's the pandemic time, they are not enforcing masks in the public areas and in the elevators. Neither are they enforcing the quantity of people in the elevator at a time.

The room was pleasantly spacious. There was a small plant with very little water left in the bathroom.

For the pandemic era, I would have expected the room to be more clean. The bathroom was the most problematic. Hairs that would have been found as part of the cleaning process were still present in the bathroom.

The view of the mountains was amazing. I could also clearly see the square below from my room.

They have dried lavender by the front desk that you can grab in a small satchel to help you sleep.

I found breakfast to be especially problematic. It was very crowded, even in the early hour. Someone greets you at the entrance and confirms your room number. The first day, the greeter took me on a little tour before showing me to my table. It's still a buffet. They have gloves that you should use while you take the food. I was the only person using the gloves. They are supposed to get your coffee/tea order. They didn't stop anyone who approached the coffee machine themselves. The staff didn't seem to care and it appears the rules were not enforced consistently.

One more thing: I used the hand sanitizer dispenser on my floor while waiting for the elevator. By the way, they only have emergency exit stairs. You must take the elevator. There is no stair option. I asked. I used the hand sanitizer dispenser and it squirted into my eye.

We stayed for the third time at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Innsbruck and once again, the stay was an absolute bliss. The hotel is very central, close to the train station, but you can also park your car in the underground garage if you arrived by car. The room was spacious and cleaned unobtrusively every day. The air-conditioned gym is open 24 hours and has everything you need for a workout. The spa/wellness area was very calm as well as hygienic and clean, it offers a relaxation area, a steam bath and a Finnish sauna. Last but not least I want to emphasise the remarkable breakfast we had every day. The range of food is vast and the options differ slightly every day so that can always find something new. In my opinion, the best part of the hotel are the staff members who tended to our every needs. Everybody is super friendly and you really feel like they do everything to make your stay comfortable and quite an exquisite experience.

In general the hotel is great, few points maybe improved from my point of view:
1- Breakfast, more variety and options to be added like pan cakes or waffles, Egg bendicts.
2- Parking fee are high per day and no option near by, it would be good if hotel customers have a deduction instead of paying 20 euros per day, pay like 10-15 euros per day.

The Room with mountain view was great room with perfect set up, worth every cent paid.

The location is the best close by the coty center and the old city, everything is available by walking distance and public transportation is near by as well

We arrived for only one evening in early Jan. All of our requests including the most important one which was interconnecting rooms where honoured and accommodated.

The staff were excellent. the food including the kids packs were thoughtful and kept the kids entertained.

Room sizes and layout were generous and exceeded our expectations. Will be booking for next year.

Could not fault anything in the hotel

The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient. And the view from the windows overlooks the mountains. It is incredibly!
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are well furnished, the beds are comfortable, the hotel design is beautiful.
Would you like the breakfast to be more varied? It costs 20 euros per person. You won't go hungry, but you won't eat anything unusual either.
I also want to note that there was only water in the mini bar, there were not enough sweet drinks, candies, alcohol. If you want something to drink or eat, you can get it at the bar on the first floor for an additional fee.
However, there is tea, milk, coffee and small cookies in the room.
By choosing this hotel, you will have a pleasant impression of Innsbruck, all the sights are within walking distance, friendly qualified staff, a stylish hotel and nice, tidy rooms.

We loved everything about this hotel. It is in a fantastic location, right across from the Landhausplatz. You can walk right into the old town area. The views from our eighth-floor room were amazing! The room was large, modern, and clean, with a large bath, that had not only body wash and shampoo, but also conditioner, which is rare. There was a mini fridge, comfortable seating and a table, and a comfortable bed. The staff was great, there is a bar and restaurant. My only suggestion, as with so many hotels I've stayed in, is to put up some towel racks. The bath had a blank wall that would easily accommodate two or three racks.

People there are free. They dont wear clothes. When we had used twice the Staem sauna rooms were empty . They give bathrobes. you have to ask at recetion . In Spa you get all towels and other accesories. You have to keep your costumes, I used my costumes as I am not comfortable without cloths. in my other location at treschers Titisse Germany there were people without cloths male and female. Me and my wife used our costumes
