Stayed at the Hotel Penz for four nights on a recent trip to Innsbruck. All of the staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was what I expected - but with an especially comfortable bed. We went to the rooftop bar every night for drinks - great atmosphere and a phenomenal "shirley temple" - had grapefruit juice, ginger ale,...

I decided to write this review, although we didnt stay at the hotel itself, because I always try to find a roof-top bar wherever we go and this just didnt come up on any searches I did. We spotted the bar quite by accident when we were visiting another bar called Bar 360 which has a fabulous circular glass bar...

Our family of four stayed at The Penz Hotel for 2 nights while in transit from St. Anton to Munich in December/January 2o11 The hotel sits on a quiet square in downtown Innsbruck. The rooms have a modern minimalist stylist decor with functional marble bathrooms. The best feature of this hotel is it's cental location - adjacent to the old...

The value for money combination was excellent in this hotel - everything was prima and the breakfast was extremingly rich, exspecially there were plenty of fruits. Location is perfect and the rooms were I think little bit bigger than the usual double rooms.

very good location, right in the city centre. the hotel is modern and nice but all the amenties in the room (minibar, courtesy set) are not of a luxury hotel. for this price you should expect a little more "extra touches". anyway, rooms are large and comfortable. i had some problems with the heating. nice breakfast hall with wide choice...

The rooms were comfortable and adequately appointed, although they were a little on the small side. I believe there was free wi-fi in the room. The location is central so everything is within walking distance. There is underground public parking but I don't recall the price (probably 40 euro/day or so). Breakfast is included in the price and this is...

From a perfect location with impressive mountain views, quietest rooms, lovely breakfast room, Internet at awesome speed, and helpful and cheery service from all staff at rock bottom pricing with everything included ( did I forget large, well furnished rooms, great shower?), a true "find" in Innsbruck!

Great hotel, clean and modern design, well located for sightseeing around innsbruck and handy for skiing. Ffriendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast on the 5th floor. The only criticism I have of our room is that pillows were too soft and instead of a double quilt two single quilts were provided - this is quite common in Austria but it...

A glass palace with panorama views: in terms of furnishings, The Penz, located in the heart of Innsbruck, is not much different than other 4-star hotels.
