If you haven't been to Innsbruck please go! It is the most beautiful place I have ever been. The whole place is geared to tourism but not in a tacky or exploitative way. The people love their town and love sharing it with visitors. This hotel is right in the gorgeous old town in a wonderful old building. As you...

Lovely little hotel and restaurant tucked away on the cobbles of the old town of Innsbruck. Perfect for a few days while visiting the Christmas Markets. Typical Austrian breakfast was plentiful and served in a beautiful traditionally decorated room. Bedroom spacious and clean. A great place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Arriving on a hot afternoon, I was welcomed at the reception desk with an ice cold glass of water. It was an easy 15-minute walk from the Innsbruck train station with a rolling suitcase and backpack. The hotel is tucked away on a small street in the old city centre. Very close...

Location, location, location...brilliant for the old town. Ran by a very friendly family, with a real eye on service. Spotlessly clean. Dinner menu looked great and fair priced. Rooms small and basic and showers, whilst the work, do not fix well to the wall so not easy to have a shower. Toiletries would be a welcome addition to each room,...

The owner is a bit pushy and rude. i personaly wouldnt stay here again but...

In the heart of old town. Good breakfasts. We were stranded by the floods to the east and they were most accommodating in extending our stay. Their day manager, Maria, needs to be singled out for her help and understanding to a number of us poor yanks who were temporarily stranded there.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Innsbruck. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Certainly a good starting point for visiting Innsbruck. You almost have a perfect view on the Golden Roof, also in the centre of the city.

We stayed for one Sunday night at the end of a week's skiing in the Tyrol. I chose the hotel because of TripAdvisor reviews but in retrospect I think we would have done better at the Best Western Goldener Adler, which is literally just around the corner. That's not to say that there is anything wrong with the Weisses Rossl....

The hotel is downtown old Innsbruck where you will find restaurants, bars, and interesting shopping, especially if you are in Austria for winter sports. It's walking distance to the train, which can take you in 15 minutes to the Munich Airport, but most of all...it's one of the best damn breakfasts you will have in Europe, part of your nightly...

We loved our stay here. It is good value, well located and amazingly clean. We stayed in what was called a 'quadruple' room, which turned out to be more like a suite, with one large double room and smaller twin separated by a decent bathroom and short hallway. It was great to be all together but to be able to...

“Top floors for views. The refurbished rooms for modern comfort but still with charm and ambience - these are definitely the best rooms. Suspect the rooms at the back probably have the better views. Go for a balcony too to get the really good views. Lower floors will not have the mountain views.”
