We stayed here for a weekend in September as we were visiting friends in the town. All we really wanted therefore was a room in a central location. I had eaten at the Schwarzer Adler earlier in the year on business and been impressed, so I was confident with the booking here. For some reason, now unknown, I booked a... More

Austrian hospitality at its best.. during my stay with the Global Wellness Summit I had a fantastic stay at the Adler hotel. I enjoyed great service during breakfast, dinner and at the bar. The spa was´t breathtaking, but very functional and well equipped. i chose a basic room and got a very functional, but lovely room with view. Thanks for... More

A group of 23 spent four night at the Schwarzer Adler and had a wonderful experience. The staff is phenomenal, from the front desk staff, to the restaurant service, the bar staff and the bellmen! The rooms are well equipped with amenities, clean and spacious for European rooms. The common area is also large and comfortable; same goes for the... More

We stayed 4 nights with our tour group. The breakfast was quite extensive and the dinner menu changed daily. They food quality was very good, as was the service provided by the staff. Our room (229) included a sauna room, but unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use it. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the room... More

This hotel was excellent. Welcoming staff, wonderful facilities including the roof top pool and spa. We had dinner included and enjoyed all of our meals. The five course dinner was different and delicious every night allowing us to try regional specialities. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and catered for all tastes. The rooms were clean and spacious. All in all... More

Great place to stay, rooms are clean, food is good, staff is friendly... Wellness area fits into the top10 i have visited so far, relaxing space and quit (no kids <16 allowed). But the best time i had at the rooftop pool! What a view... Special thanks to reception staff who took care of parking my car when i arrived.

Well located hotel near the centre of Kitzbuhel. Helpful and friendly staff, good food, rooftop swimming pool and a bar exhibiting local ambience. The bus stop is very close if you wish to explore wider and the two primary gondola systems are within a short walk. Need I say anymore, a wonderful place to stay.

Have just spent a wonderful week at this hotel and was impressed from the moment we arrived. The staff are delightful. Pleasant, friendly and entirely professional in their approach and happy to assist in anyway they can. This proved to be true with all the staff we encountered, right through from the cleaners, waiting staff and bar staff. They genuinely... More

We have just returned from the Schwarzer Adler after a 7 day holiday and we cannot fault it! We loved every minute and felt really sad to leave. What a wonderful hotel: so clean, modern, yet quirky and traditional. It has been renovated from to toe and no expense has been spared. We traveled with a 12 year old child.... More

A large and comfortable room with balcony. Hotel amenities were excellent with infinity rooftop pool and brilliant spa area with indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Staff were friendly and helpful and having the car parked and returned when required was great. Would recommend will hopefully return in the winter to see the area in a completely different light.
