We were interested in a ski stay in Kitzbüel and due to its nice rating, we decided to send an e-mail requesting for availability and prices (booking on-line is not possible via their website). In addition, we filled up the contact form in the website in order to request for our accommodation. Two days later, as we did not were...

After booking through an agent and picking the cheapest hotel available we were not expecting too much. The hotel is probably cheaper because it is not directly in the resort, not at the bottom of a ski run and not a high star rating. None of this mattered to us as we would not need a swimming pool, are quite...

It's a little bit out of town but wow are we glad we found this place. Andreas and his team are so helpful and the hotel is a beautiful traditional Austrian delight ! Food, comfort and cleanliness all 10/10 and it's perfectly situated between jochberg and hannenkahm for skiing. We have been here for 5 days and the service has...

A belated review for our week's stay mid-January. Third time for us, first time for a couple of our friends who enjoyed it too and said they'll return. The hotel was busier this year than the previous two years so it seems more people are taking advantage of a good place to stay! We've reviewed the hotel before and nothing...

The Aurach is a great little hotel with good unfussy food and accommodation. I traveled out with my 16yr old son for a week on the 1st week in February 2016. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and tended speedily. The hotel has its own lift and sauna but beware the sauna if your a bashful Brit as it...

Comfortable friendly surroundings with great staff( special thanks again to Andreas, owner, for looking after us and making us...

Andreas and his team provided genuine and friendly hospitality. The hotel is clean, the food is delicious and filling, the beer is refreshing and the skiing is awesome. The ski-bus stop is about 300m up the road, and the bus only takes 10-15 to get to Kitzbuhel. I would definitely look to stay here again.

Had an excellent stay at the Aurach Hotel. Staff were wonderful, especially Andreas, the breakfast lady and bar tender Salvatore. Many thanks for your kind hospitality. I heartily recommend this hotel. As, the famous Austrian would say: I'll be back!

This hotel was just what we were looking for: not too big to be impersonal, not too small to have good facilities. It wasn't too expensive or pretentious, it had a traditional Austrian feel, and was ideally located for skiing at either Kitzbuhel or Jochberg and also for walking and cross-country skiing. The food was good, rooms clean and comfortable....
