They weren"t that expensive and there was a house option for red & white wine by; the glass or small or large carafe. There was also a choice to have free tap water or buy more expensive bottled versions with your meal.

No, there are no facilities for making tea or coffee, this is quite usual in Austria. We always take our own travel kettle, mugs etc.,
If you have a balcony or a wide window sill you can always keep the milk outside
