From booking to checking out a "good feel factor" even though it might not qualify for all the 4* it boasts. The friendly, helpful and charming owner/manager Bruno Weber is what guests wish all hotels would have. However, he is the exception to the rule - even in Austria which is known for treating tourists well. Kaiser Hotel is small,...

Stayed for 3 nights in this small, pleasant hotel in the center of town. The very gracious and extraordinarily helpful manager/concierge went the extra mile in order to assist my relatives with their travel planning, spending much time on the Internet researching for them. He was also always ready to assist with small touches such as carrying suitcases or offering...

We stayed at Kaiser Hotel twice - before and after going skiing in St. Anton. Both times we had a great experience, the staff was really friendly, knowledgable about what to do and extremely helpful. The new owner (since Nov 2013) went out of his way to help us with our large amount of luggage (skiboots, helmets, etc). The breakfast...

I stayed at the Kaiser hotel a few months ago, and I have to say it is the worst hotel I've ever stopped in! I travel a lot for my work, and expect a certain standard when stopping at a 4* Hotel. This hotel met none of my expectations. It was unclean, messy and the staff were rude and extremely...

This hotel unfortunately ruined what would have been a lovely stay in Bregenz. The hotel manager was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The room stunk of cigarettes as I think someone was smoking in the cleaning room beneath us. Handles kept coming off the furniture. The bath/shower would never maintain a steady temperature. The minibar fridge was warm and we found...

We stayed at this hotel for five nights in July. It was our home base for one-day trips to Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Very nice hotel with large clean rooms, good breakfast. Excellent location. There were only couple "cons": the hotel does not have A/C and the bell on the tower across the street woke us up at 6:00 every...

We visited Bregenz, situated on the lake Constanz (also called Bodensee by the Germans), to see the opera on the floating stage and chose Kaiser Hotel for our 5 nights stay. It is a boutique hotel, located in the very center of the town and very close to the railway station and to the lakeshore and the floating stage- walking...

We found this place just by walking by, and I am so happy we checked it out. The beds were amazingly soft, there was opera music playing softly in our room upon arrival, it was really affordable and in a great location near the Kunsthaus Bregenz. A fresh breakfast was included. But the best thing about the hotel was not...
