The (family owned and run) Hotel is ~500 m from the Railway Station and the medievil town centre - with its many restaurants. The Staff are helpful and knowledgeable; the rooms comfortable and well appointed; the buffet breakfast has many good choices.

I found the staff at hotel Baeren to be fantastic. Despite me changing my room from a single, to a double, then back again; nothing was too much trouble for them. A friendly welcome back with a glass of water after going for a run. The room itself was basic, but comfortable, and the shower had a nice hot and... More

We stayed just for one night. The hotel has a good location and you can easily walk to the centre or the station. We packed the car in a small car park behind the hotel but make sure you pay for it early in the morning as the wardens are out early! The staff at reception speak very good English... More

Stayed here for two nights as a base for visiting Vaduz. The hotel is in a great location, just down the road from the train station, near a bus stop and a 5 minute walk to the town center. The breakfast was good, the usual cereal, cold meats, cheeses etc. On checking in we were asked if we wanted separate... More

Dear guest, thank you for taking your time to review our hotel and your stay with us. As we are reading your review we are not sure if you did not mix up the hotels you stayed in because the room we gave you did not have 2 seperated beds but 1 double bed with 2 mattresses in 1 frame... More

Feldkirch is apparently a ski town; I was just passing through on the train and needed a place to sleep, and this was easy to walk to. This is a unique hotel with decor that is unusual these days. Service at the front desk could have been faster. Wifi required a login which I was not given when I checked... More

A big and spaceful room, but the bathroom was a bit old-styled. Room and bathroom were extremely clean and well maintenied. Superb room for breakfast, an old wooden "Stube", and good food selection. Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Friendly, helpful staff, nice room and ensuite bath. Breakfast: Just OK. Slow coffee machine that DOES NOT MAKE COFFEE: only espresso, cappuccino, chocochino, all kinds of flavored stuff but NO simple coffee. Breakfast starts 06:30; by 08:00 food trays picked over and not replenished. HAMMER POUNDING and DRILLING on room wall during MORNING and AFTERNOON. NO HOT SHOWERS, only lukewarm.... More

If you like character hotels rather than the modern formulaic variety, then this family-run hotel is highly recommended. Traditional style bedrooms and bathrooms with bath rather than just shower. Good varied breakfast with bacon and eggs as well as a wide range of breads, teas, coffees, meats, cheeses and pastries etc.. Most impressive though are the staff who couldn't do... More

So, a quiet little hotel. A bit worn down but classic middle european looks and colour. First things first, parking right outside the entrance, nice. Cheap prices. The staff should refresh their english and their knowledge about what tourists might find interesting. Brown rooms, brown bathrooms, brown doors. Breakfast was good, not great. Useless scrambled eggs which is my definition... More

A centrally situated old fashioned hotel, friendly staff, quiet surroundings, nice mixture of guests - everything worked as it should. Room was spacious with lush carpets, large tv, free wi fi, good large bath room, and a breakfast that left no reasonable wish unfulfilled
