It's clean, but otherwise it looks, feels, and has service like a hostel. It has a good location, but aside from that I wouldn't want to stay here again unless I was on an extreme budget. Rooms look like my college dorm.

In my opinion train is the best solution because the price is ok and also train station its about 2-3 minutes walk.
