The apartments are in a very good location, and there is a 24 hour reception desk. The staff were happy to answer all of our questions and point us in the right direction. There are several good restaurants two minutes from the hotel. The apartment was very roomy and we were able to unpack and spread out. There are two...

Great stay in the center of the city We had a double deluxe room and traveled with our baby boy of 2 y.o. The room is big enough for a family with a child and a baby crib, which was provided by the hotel. The room is very well equipped with a kitchenet which you can hide behind a door...

The location of the apartment was the highlight. All areas of the old city were a short walk away - perfect! Don't expect luxury. It was clean and spacious and had everything you needed. The bed was also very comfortable. We had breakfast in the café downstairs on the first morning which I found a little bland. I would recommend...

Very clean and wide apartments, close to everything in the center of the city and extremely comfortable. More apartments than hotel, but the only difference is that there is no restaurant, although you can order breakfast. So far this is the best place I had ever stayed in Vienna.

The double deluxe room was clean and spacious, with an excellent amount of storage/wardbrobe space and a large bathroom, the bed area separated somewhat by a small half wall with a large TV facing into the sitting area- very practical floorplan. Check in staff were welcoming and helpful, the apartments are in the best location in the inner stadt- walking...

We have just returned from a 5 night stay in the apartments, over New Year. Without doubt, their biggest selling point is their location. You can walk almost everywhere and are just at the bottom of a street off central Stephensplatz. Right across the street is a great organic supermarket/bakery/cafe, with fresh pastries, juices, coffee as well as a well...

It is good accomodation in the center of Vienna with good facilities, close to very good organic grocery store. I would expect more frequent cleaning, better TV ( with czech channels) with DVD player. Air conditioning in the summer can be problematic. The building has only one lift for all. Parking spaces are narrow for large cars.

Dear Bohdan K, Thank you very much for your feed-back. Your are rgiht, we only clean our apartments every 3 days and unfortunately the spots in our garage are not very spacious, but still bigger than many others in the city center (space is very expensive in the city center). Concerning the tv-channels we do not know which czech channels...

Good location with quite expensive parking - €50 for two days. May be average for Vienna. Quiet, didn't hear much traffic. Easy to walk to centre for shopping, Christmas markets and the sights. Large comfortable room, but not an apartment, just a hotel room. Had a fridge, kettle and coffee machine but nothing else, not even a bottle of water....

Dear Wildpoppy, Thank you very much for your positive feed-back. You are right - parking is quite expensive in Vienna, even though it is relatively unexpensive compared with other big cities in Vienna. Concerning your apartment: It seems as if you had booked one of our hotel-rooms, which are equipped with a fridge and a coffe-machine only, but we also...

The room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable for 2 people (this room did not have the kitchenette). The best part of this hotel is its location near the centre of the city, and within walking distance to the Opera (10 min), the main pedestrian shopping streets and Stephenplatz (both less than 5 min walk).

This is the biggest hotel room we stayed. Cozy and comfortable. Simple design and well equipped. The nearest subway station is Stubentor which is about 5-6 mins walk without carrying luggage. Supermarket is just 1 min walk. You can go to St Peter Church, St Stephen Church, Hofburg, Vienna National library by foot. Plachuatt and Figlmuller are not far away....

Dear BCL Yeung, Thank you very much for your positive feed-back. Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
