Excellent apartment accommodation. Handy to public transport or walking to tourist attractions. Great view of Danube. Shop nearby for basic foods. Very pleased with our 4 night say and glad to recommend Adagio Vienna.

Likes: Stylish bathroom with good-sized bathtub, ample sink top/cabinet space and towel warmer. Door separating entrance/kitchen area and living/bed area. Enough kitchen appliance/utensils for real cooking (there's dishwasher but laundry is at basement). Friendly, informative staff. Good location in not so touristy part of city center 10-15 minutes' stroll from Stephansplatz, Hundertwasser and trains to airport. Dislikes: European-style mattress and...

Booked the hotel for my girlfriend's birthday. It's very conveniently located near schwedenplatz metro & tram line 2, which goes through the main attractions like Wiener Staatsoper, Parliament & Museum Quarters. The lady at reception was very blunt & "to your face" attitude which can come off as rude but she was helpful at times. They have some dodgy cleaning...

The hotel was very good and in a good position on the edge of the Ringstrasse with trams outside the door and metro not far in each of 2 directions. It was fairly close to the main shopping/tourist areas within the Ringstrasse and within an easy 10-15 minute walk for both sightseeing and dining. The studio room was rather small...

The hotel is centrally located right on the Ringstrasse. Everything you need is close by--tram stop, metro station, supermarket, pharmacy, and a handy city bike stand where you can sign up (registration E1) to use bikes for little or no cost. There is a great restaurant (Motto am Fluss) on a boat at Schwedenplatz. The Prater is also an easy...

Very nice location, close to ringstrasse stop, metro station, and a nice bakery, were we used to have breakfast, in front of the metro station. It's possible too to have breakfast at the hotel, but there's not so much option. The room is very nice, with a small kitchen, but the shower place isn't totaly close, so we split water...

Stayed in the Adagio with three friends for a weekend. The apartment is nicely furnished, very clean and includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Downtown Vienna is just 10-15 minutes away on foot with the next tram station being just outside of the hotel. There is also the possibility to rent a city...

2 of us stayed here for 2 nights, and were happy with the hotel, service, and location. The hotel is literally right in front of a tram stop (Julius something, take tram #1), and it's only 15 min away from Stephanplatz. Hotel room was clean and spacious (we got upgraded to an apartment that could fit 3-4), with free wired...

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
