Stayed here for a 3 night break and thought it was great. The location is super- very close to the Opera House and many other sights, shops and restaurants.Historic and grand decor. We stayed in a superior suite and it was huge with dining, bedroom and sitting areas, well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom. The lift is very small but not...

This is an excellent location in a ovely part of Vienna We love staying here except the elevator is too small. Otherwise it is terrific with a great, helpful staff and a very nice suite with full kitchen.

Stayed here recently for 3 nights. The hotel staff were friendly, our room was spacious and clean, and the location is very convenient. It's located close to the Karlsplatz metro station and Opernring/Kärntner Ring., making it very walkable to the Hofburg museums and Naschmarkt. Other attractions are easily accessible via tram or metro. There wasn't much of a view in...

Excellent hotel within walking distance to all Vienna sights. Close to the underground and Straßenbahn. Room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated with a nice bathroom. The products in the bathroom were high quality. The staff was friendly, helpful and very professional.

For us, this hotel was a great choice. Nice rooms, really great breakfast, and within a really short walking distance of Naschmarkt, Secession, the Opera, Albertina (incredible Impressionist / Expressionist collection, Monet to Picasso), and of course the Hapsburg palaces and museums. They have a lovely lobby with Nespresso and water bottles, free water bottles and beer in your fridge!...

What a gem of a discovery! Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly inobtrusive service and the best location in Vienna with easy access to the metro and tram system and all attractions. On same line as the convention centre so a much nicer option than stayi g out there too. Highly recommend this!

A great three-day stay! Extremely pleasant staff, who can't do enough for you - all requests met with can-do attitude. Room newly decorated and nicely arranged, spotlessly clean, obviously. The location was a very pleasant surprise - at the end of a great pedestrianised shopping street (Kaerntnerstasse), five minutes' walk max to opera; fifteen minutes to Hofburg/Spanish Riding School. UBahn...

This hotel is ideally situated for seeing most of what you'd want to see in Vienna. The staff was unfailingly helpful with everything, and the room was very comfortable, attractive, and spacious. The lobby provides an elegant waiting area, with a Nespresso machine and bottled water. Our entire experience was very nice.

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
