I love the 25hours hotels and the Vienna one is no exception. Located right next to the main museums, but also close to the lovely area of Marienhilfe, it offers a quirKy design with rooms that have all you need and nothing excessive. The rooftop bar on floor 8 with a terrace is

Sadly everything good about this hotel is let down by the bar. Waited for at least 25 minutes via a process where 3 people are required to make your drink. This is no exaggeration. If you want to connect your customer oriented philosophy to your ‘whole of hotel’ experience then y

Amazing place for a great time in the city of Vienna. Perfect place with a great character. In the times when all the hotels look the same this place stands out. You love their decorations and little small things that makes place unique.

I received an email from the shift leader immediately after my checkout accusing me of stealing a plush toy. The email specified that if I don’t respond in a week they will charge $50 to my credit card. As I was still in the hotel I went to talk to the receptionist. I suggested s

Dear Climber47424184476, I´m really sorry for this misunderstanding. As we already answerd your direct email, I can explain to you again. It is right that we write such emails to our guest after we are missing items from the room. This is not meant to accuse you for stealing something, this is just a way to see if the guest can help us in that case. Because as you maybe can imagine, we do have guests who take things from the room and never reply to our email. My colleague at the reception was just trying to clear the situation, I´m sorry that she didn´t act in the way you expected. If you saying you didn´t took anything, there is no need for us to search your bags or to disbelieve you. Once again I apologize that you had to make such an experience. If there is anything further you can contact me at any time. All the best from Vienna.

Dear SKT_30, thank you very much for your rating and that you took the time to share your feedback. I´m sorry to read about the cons. Regarding the air con issue, it is right that we do have a system which provides either air con or heating. Since the summer is long gone, we do have heating system working at the moment. In terms of the brightness in the room, it´s always difficult to get a balance between design and use. I still hope to welcome you again soon. All the best.

Hi, does anyone know how many panoramic suites there are? and how differently they are decorated / set up? Im ready to book but I’m conscious some are nicer than others. I’d be grateful for any help. Thanks.
Hello Beth we have 12 panoramic suites. The main difference to the other rooms and suites is the size as those suites are about 5-7sqm bigger than the normal suites. Furthermore you have the floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view over the Weghuberpark and the city of Vienna. Let us know if we can assist with a reservation. Do all the rooms have kettle and drink making facilities or is this only the suites? Also it appears from some of the photos that the bathroom is in the same space as the bed and that the toilet is not separate from the bedroom area? Is this correct?
Hello Chrissie A kettle and a coffee maker is only available in the higher room categories like XL or suites. You can get tea and hot water for free at the lobby area. Some bath rooms have a separat toilet but not all. This also depends on the room category. Best regards Christian Kölling General Manager 25hours Hotel Vienna
