The hotel is, probably, the best choice in Vienna, due to it's friendly staff, cleanliness, and excelent breakfast. The hotel is in front of the Schottentor metro station. Perfect for a honeymoon. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.

Excellent location to start your day off exploring Vienna. Very helpful staff. Large breakfast included with our room price. Internet service was very slow. One of our two rooms had an on and off "buzzing" sound (#317) Very helpful staff. One set price to get to the airport for three people ( about a 25 minute drive).

This hotel has a great location, just out of the bustling tourist areas, with transport connections a few metres away or a short walk into the heart of the city. The room we had was large and excellent, on the top floor, but was let down by poor housekeeping standards. Breakfast room was very busy, breakfast buffet was excellent, but...

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. Nice to read that you enjoyed the location, your room and the excellent breakfast. Just a few words regarding the 'poor junior staff'. You are right, during the summer months we are working with trainees from various hotel schools and colleges. Mostly they are very well educated and certainly service-oriented, but we will...

This was a lovely hotel. Great room, with a good breakfast which passed the orange juice test ( orange juice labelled fresh that actually tasted fresh). Very helpful staff, and very well located. If you are on the first floor, make sure you walk up the stairs. Only downside, free Internet that was the speed of a tortoise. Rather than...

A very nice hotel and it’s a bit like a small palace with its grand decor and crystal chandeliers. We probably had the biggest room I have ever had in a hotel, at least twice normal size. Staying in Serviten Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
Serviten Quarter
The Serviten Quarter is an inner city neighbourhood with many private charms. Popular with French and American expats, Sigmund Freud’s neighbourhood boasts his former practice and apartments, now turned into a museum. Stunning Liechtenstein Garden Palace houses the private art collection of Prince Adam of Liechtenstein. Romantic Strudlhofstiege close to the palace is a fantastic photo spot. With their small independent shops and eateries, the main streets of Liechtensteinstrasse, Porzellangasse and Servitengasse reveal much of this area’s character. Peek into baroque Serviten Church, with its richly decorated dome and walls. At the Old Jewish cemetery in Seegasse you can see one of the most precious cemeteries in Europe with tombstones almost 500 years old.
