We stayed here as the 3rd leg of our honeymoon for 3 nights. The hotel is beautiful, our room overlooked the Belvedere Palace and had a great bath tub in the room and double shower. We are at the restaurant which was delicious and I would highly recommend a blueberry cheesecake from the bakery. The 0 tram stopped next to...

The hotel has a lovely relaxed vibe, a converted office block, good breakfast with extensive choice, bistro on ground floor has a post industrial look combined with big plants which works very well, some nice dishes but choice is limited. The staff are friendly and helpful, room has a glass box shower, which makes it seem less small than it...

From the style I saw on pictures, I though that quality is on higher level. The hotel is, I guess in some reconstructed old building, which have of course style of its own. The room was really very simple, with unique, for me strange set up, no english brochures, only german. Tv remote didn't work. Very noisy from the street,...

Interesting industrial design. Rooms minimalistic but very clean. Staff is fantastic, always pleasant and ready to help, particularly the staff at the reception. Hotel restaurant/bakery offers great selection of food for breakfast, cocktailes, and best cakes I've ever had! The atmosphere (comfy armchairs and cool music) in the bakery is very pleasant as well so my friends and I spent...

I was there several times for business matters, I can honestly recommend the place. Nice staff, very delicious and diverse breakfast menu. The location is perfect, easy to get there, right next to the Belvedere.

Stayed for 5 nights for work. Really good feel to the hotel. Different but well thought of. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a great atmosphere. The only things that I that would make it better would be a wardrobe and better air conditioning. But still would recommend!

I had to spend only 24 hours in Vienna, for a conference in Erste Campus. This hotel was a perfect choice, not only because it is walking distance to the venue, and quite close to airport too, but also because of the good taste decoration, the friendly staff, and the excellent restaurant from the lobby with delicious food – try...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Under the motto "Urban Stay - Smart Luxury", 116 fully re-interpreted, contemporary and luxury rooms await modern travellers at Hotel Daniel Vienna. Far from any sort of 'hotel chain charm', here it's the unusual details that surprise guests: Art by Erwin Wurm, bees on the roof, rooms with hammocks and urban gardening in the front garden - which is exactly where you'll find the 'room on wheels', a caravan, that is fully equipped for comfort. Furthermore, there's free WiFi, bike and Vespa rental and our very own hotel shop. Whether visiting for a business meeting or chilling out with friends, the 'Bakery' in the loft-like ground floor of the hotel attracts people with its easy-going style, which extends throughout the interior design to the international menu, which includes delicious cake offers. And it's all in the best location - right next to Schloss Belvedere (Belvedere Palace) and Vienna's main train station. ... more   less
