-Wifi connection was very good and with a strong signal (my room was on the 4th floor) -The position of the hotel is very good. There are 2 metro stations nearby. Also the neighborhood was very quiet. -The heating was very good! -Very clean room with everyday cleaning. -Very competitive prices (for 5 days 26/12-31/12 it was only 364 euros)...

The hotel is convenience to the train station. We walked to it in about 10 -15 minutes. It is off the main drag, so quiet, but in a sort of commercial zone so not very attractive. The hotel is dated, dark wood, etc. They were nice to let us store our luggage in a locked room while we tourned Schönbrunn...

It is not as good as expected from its 4 stars rating, but it's definitely better than a 3 stars hotel. Pros: very close to metro stations, as well as tram. It is a 7 minutes ride to downtown, and a 2 minutes ride to westbanhof, the main train station of vienna. The room was cosy with comfortable beds. Very...

Very economic hotel, you will hardly find anything else for this price in Vienna. As it is a Best Western hotel, it does guarantee certain standards, but to be honest, I've stayed at other Best Westers which were far more better than this. Free Wi-Fi, although it takes some time to get online. Also, we were given an appartment instead...

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Food basic, but okay. Public transportation with 2 separate stations and lines pretty nearby (~5-7 minutes walk), and close enough to reach all attractions. Good value for money in any case.

I really enjoyed the hotel: I was well atended, the room was very clean and the bed veeeery comfortable. You can go to the Schonbrunn Palace by foot, but you need to walk very much. Although, the hotel is very close to two subway stations, and that is everything you need to be able to visit Viena. I had a...

Yes, everything was just basic and staff was exactly friendly. I found it inconvenience as at least 10 min walk to station and quite quiet during night. Not good to visitors at all. Room size was small and nothing you would miss.
