We stayed at this Hotel with friends on a 4 day trip to Vienna. The Hotel from the reception staff, cleaning staff,bar staff to restaurant staff all gave the highest commitment to our comfort. Excellent hotel to stay at. Staff fantastic . Corinne was excellent. Very knowledgeable staff with regards to tourist areas. breakfast items very good & very good selection.Check in & check out time very minimal.

The hotel staff are exceptional. We only had a couple of nights here but would recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna. It is well appointed and close to the State Opera and metro. We stayed at the Kaiserhof Wien for four nights at the end of October, The Hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Ringstrasse and Metro which made all of the city easily accessible.
