Serviten Quarter
The Serviten Quarter is an inner city neighbourhood with many private charms. Popular with French and American expats, Sigmund Freud’s neighbourhood boasts his former practice and apartments, now turned into a museum. Stunning Liechtenstein Garden Palace houses the private art collection of Prince Adam of Liechtenstein. Romantic Strudlhofstiege close to the palace is a fantastic photo spot. With their small independent shops and eateries, the main streets of Liechtensteinstrasse, Porzellangasse and Servitengasse reveal much of this area’s character. Peek into baroque Serviten Church, with its richly decorated dome and walls. At the Old Jewish cemetery in Seegasse you can see one of the most precious cemeteries in Europe with tombstones almost 500 years old.

We chose to stay at the Harmonie for a number of factors, firstly the positive reviews and the location. The location is great, the hotel is located on a quiet street within the 9th district. It is only around 10 minutes walking distance to the edge of the old city walls. There

The Harmonie is a nice hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The area has some decent restaurants. And it is close to public transportation: 2 tram lines, a bus line, and the subway is a 10-minute3walk.

The Harmonie is the best hotel I've stayed in for decades. Perhaps the biggest shock was the (apparently sincere) helpfulness of the hotel staff. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and had a wide set of questions answered in detail, and throughout the 7 days that we

I would recommend pre booking a pickup from the airport. I used one called TTC from vienna airport website. It was 36 euros both ways for 2 people. It was a nice E class merc. They have a office at the far left of the terminal as you come out of arrivals. Efficient, polite, comfortable

Dear Michele, best is the Vienna "Hauptbahnho"f. From there, please take the tram D (ca. 30 minutes) and exit at the station "Bauernfeldplatz" By the way travelling with the tram D brings you along very nice sights like the Castle Belvedere or the Major Hall. Kind regards Lydia, The Harmonie Vienna
