I surprised my daughter with a trip to Wien for her college graduation and they didn't disappoint!
Check-in was a little unorganized, however, once they retrieved our reservation, it had gotten a little better.
The room was nice and the decor was amazingly contemporary!
As a Marriott platinum member who stay at Marriott hotels for 80+ per night around the world (not including SPG and other hotel chains), this is by far the worst Renaissance hotel I’ve encountered. Everything is off.
