Stayed one night, booked through a "winter promotion" and enjoyed a good room rate. However, I forgot that at hotels of this kind internet costs 16 euro per night and breakfast is 25 euros (they offer both for 35 euro a night). I skipped the extra charges and had breakfast across the road at a lovely cafe for 6 euros...

I stayed at the Renaissance Wien hotel for one night while travelling through Eastern Europe over a two week vacation. The room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was the best part of the experience by far. I had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant since it was so convenient. Dinner was fantastic and the waitress...

My family and I spent three evenings at this hotel during the 2013 New Year's celebration. I'd have to say it was a disappointment in a number of areas. Pros - Convenient to the U-bahn to downtown Vienna and also the Schonbrunn Palace. The restaurant, while pricey, provided a fine dinner during our first night when we arrived late in...

Pros: Excellent location; within walking distance to U4 metro line. Within 10-15 minute walk to Schonbrunn Palace and zoo. Strong WIFI signals throughout the hotel. Wide variety of hot and cold choices for breakfast. Underground parking garage attached to the hotel. Professional and friendly staff. Mr. Julien at the reception/check-in desk exemplifies great customer service. Strong water pressure in the...

Just had a fantastic stay here over the Christmas period. Went with a group booking and although not keen to be organized by a tour manager found this hotel really helped to feel like an independent traveller. Staff in the restaurant and the cocktail bar more than helpful to ensure everything was satisfactory. Food was well presented and a very...

This is a very nice hotel, reasonably priced but far from the city centre and that's a bore, but after that, it's in pretty good shape. Everyone was very nice, breakfast was a big layout for 25 Euros, but you can work a deal where it's included in the room. Especially competent was the desk staff, unusual in my experience....

There is nothing special about this hotel. Reliable and clean, however you can feel, that it has lost some of its charm with the passing time. Room is ok, but there is no minibar anymore. No problem, but they are sparing the water also. I really missed a small bottle of water in the room. When you are arriving into...
