The service was very good, the bed were comfortable and clean, the location was ok, opposite to the tube station. My only concern was the price charged for the internet, apart from that, all good. There are some good restaurants around and it's a safe area to walk during the night.

Everything was fine, except the TV ( old CRT!). Excellent location if you are willing not to stay in the center: close to the U-bahn station, walking distance to Shoenbrunn palace, a few nice austrian restaurants and an excellent konditorei nearby. Service - as expected from a large 4star hotel in a big city - correct, but not too personal....

Nothing great about it, but nothing bad either. Staff was friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was tasty. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos but is it nice and clean. The only thing I found annoying is that we had to pay 16 euros/day for wifi

We spent one night in this excellent hotel. When you enter at the first time, you can feel the welcoming atmosphere. We liked the furnishing of the lobby as well. The room was nice and clean, the bed is excellent. It was really huge, and I had one of my best sleep in a hotel room. The hotel is really...

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and the room was big and airy. The beds are large and oh so comfy and so are the lovely pillows. There is a cocktail bar which has happy hour and signature cocktails. We did not have breakfast there as we thought it was expensive at 16euros. Also be aware that if you...

We had walked all day throughout the grounds of Schonbrunn Palace and didn't want much to eat. So we decided to sit in the bar area and order something small. (This hotel calls itself a Renaissance but does not have anything like an executive lounge. It's a real nickle-and-dime kind a joint.) So we had just laid out 44 Euros...

Back in the day this must have been a nice hotel and I can see how in the 70s people were excited to stay here. Today this hotel appears to be primarily serving bus loads of tourists and service is clearly a major issue. I guess we started off on the wrong foot when we checked in @ 2.30 pm....

The hotel is not located in the center of town, but is 4-5 metro stops to the opera metro. The metro was located just across the street from the hotel making it very easy to access. It is also one metro stop from the Schonbrunn Palace. The hotel is worn and could use some attention. We were there for 5...

Our river cruise ship was unable to navigate to Vienna because of low water levels, so we found ourselves unexpectedly in this hotel for two days, along with 130 other cruise passengers. To its credit, the hotel handled this huge group very well, with a buffet dinner and the usual buffet breakfast. Reception was efficient and pleasant. Rooms were comfortable,...

The rooms are clean, but the furniture has seen much better days. The staff is kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet is good. The hotel is just in front of a subway station, 1 stop from Schönbrunn palace and about 6 stops from Karlsplatz (Opera).
