Room was so small, even I didn't know how to put & open my luggage. Bed & furniture was outdated. Cold room & you can't adjust the heater temperature. No free water, breakfast not included. Old fashioned room key like in granma house (no magnetic key). Paper thin wall, you can even hear people walking & talking in the aisle....

The hotel is located near the Vienna main station and there you can find many shops and restaurants. I did not take the breakfast because there are bakeries too. The room and bathroom are very basic but clean. The price of 50 EUR is okay. Be carefull with the mineral water on the table. This is 4 EUR.

Room was a little tired but otherwise helpful staff and in-house breakfast. Easy to find if you go out of the station to the public transport hub. Walking distance of Belvedere and Botanic Garden, Supermarket in the Hauptbahnhof.

Staff were not very helpful- we had a tour booked and asked for directions to the meeting point. We got some vague directions but had ask...

I have never been sleeping in a hotel this bad. Starting from the room: it was so loud that seemed that the window was open. Couldn't sleep at all because of the noise. Also it was too hot. I was sweating all night. Bathroom was so little that there was no room to put down anything. Not even a little...

Helpful and polite staff, cozy room, great breakfast buffet… easily access to metro and train station, it’s a 15 minute distance to tourist area and shopping center. There's a machine you can buy soft drinks and some other items.

Being wanting to be near to train station, we booked this hotel, not knowing it was so old and pathetic. We weren't allowed to check in earlier (even though the room was ready). We did not expect the room to be in such old and pathetic condition. The furnishings were really old. The bed was old and the pillow was...
