First let me say the room was terrible. As you can see in the pic people left snot rockets (blew their nose on the wall) on the wall. Second the room hotel had no fan for the 89 degree weather luckily we had our own. Third you see my wife in the pic every day when we where looking for...

The hotel is very close to the Hauptbahnhof with connection to the airport. No wi-fi signal in our 2nd floor room for our 5-days stay. The receptionists were laughing ironically when we were complaining and told us that no one else had ever complained about wi-fi. Spider nest hanging from the ceiling. Dirty chairs inside the room, smelly toilet. Doors...

We stayed here two nights, at first night our electry didn't work. We went to said that to staff and they didn't know what to do at all. And all rooms were full, so we had to stay there and keep the door open to the hallway. Staff promised us free breakfast for two mornings what was good, but when...

Never been in this kind of hotel before. A no star for me,but I have to give 1 at least to be added. Noisy, dirty and outdated. Only plus side is its in front of the train station. But have better places in city center than this hotel. No aircon, only electric fan in 30 degree Celsius weather.

Also half a block walk to the underground metro so easy to get around the city and close to Belvedere palace. Wifi was available in the lobby, but no wifi at all in room (advertised as available in room when i booked). Room...

As I arrived to the hotel, they gave me a room with a mattress so old that would have been impossible to sleep on. I went to reception to ask them to change it; no other available. I asked them for 3-4 new blanckets in other not to notice every single spring from the mattres; no more blanckets available. So...

Stayed for one week, no wireless internet available during the whole week, which made my stay very difficult as I came Vienna for business and had to contact my office in Egypt daily. Except it's good location in front of the main train station, nothing could attract me to stay in it again.

A bad experience at this hotel, big noise made by the employees cleaning ,early in the morning, a view of the room unimaginable in Vienna (see photo).Room view: an empty space inside the building , full of garbage. Was horror to open the window and look. The whole stay culminated on departure with a total mismatch of the employees at the...
