Hotel Park Villa can really be a prototype for something from Mis Marple‘s stories, except that it is in Austria, not Britain. But the place is full of old-fashioned charm – old villa in a rich and quiet city district transformed to a small and cozy hotel, quaint and comfortable rooms, breakfast at the tables with white tablecloths, coffee from...

Every time we go to Vienna we stay at Park Villa. It is a charming hotel with friendly, professional service and a personal touch. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Vienna. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The location is in a quieter residential area of Vienna and a short tram or bus ride to...

The hotel was great and the breakfast was really good too. The staff was really nice and even gave us a couple of wine bottles when we checked out (we stayed there for a week). The only downside is the hotel's location, it took about 10 minutes to walk to the metro stop and the hotel is located quite far...

Stayed just for a night but was a very pleasant experience. The staff at the reception are very courteous and willing to help. Despite having reached the hotel early they let us check in though while checking out we had to do so on the time specified else pay 60euros for the delay. We wanted to keep the room for...

We were there for 4 nights... so we checked how it all works... Breakfast -- very good -- and -- served the way to feel upper class for a moment or two... while sitting by the terrace (too cold to be outside) and drinking coffee served in little porcelain jug... and then on Friday smoked salmon swam over to the...

hotel was nice. Parking was on the street and one side free the other not so be careful where you park. They do have a space to park whilst checking in and out and will advise you on areas to park. This can be a little distance. Unfortunately we had a double room without a balcony so my heart dipped...

Staying in Wahring

Neighbourhood Profile
The 18th district is the most inconspicuous of the listed neighbourhoods. Where else can you still watch card players at a Viennese coffeehouse, or listen to authentic Viennese folk songs with a local audience? Like most respected Viennese neighborhoods, Währing has its own street market, Kutschkermarkt, where you can best feel its pulse. One of Währing’s loveliest outdoor destinations is the small garden palace and museum Geymüllerschlössel. The exquisite 19th century interior is spiced up by contemporary art installations curated by the Museum of Applied Arts / Contemporary Art (MAK).
