definitely not a 4-star hotel. who gives this ratings anyway, are they self-assigned? outdated furniture. very soft mattresses, bad for people with a healthy spine, let alone for those with bad backs. thin walls, you can hear everything in the next-door rooms. at 11:55 they tell you beverages service starts at 12.00 but at 12.05 the coffee machine doesn't work....

This hotel is really nice in case you would like to explore Vienna. All the historic points are just step away. The breakfast is great and you can enjoy in soft drinks the whole day. Hotel stuff is really friendly. I would really recommend this hotel!

i really loved this hotel, i liked welcoming smiling face, quite, clean, u can have water or coffee whole the day for free, the only thing i have comment for is that they don't have big cover for bed to fit your whole body.

Vienna is a place I never thought I would have went to but I was blown away with the history, sights, and the people. The Viennart Hotel was at the Museumsquartier very close to the city centre, tubs, trains station. Our room was clean, tidy, and warm. There was no facility's for making tea in the room but they allowed you to have free tea,coffee,orange...

The Hotel Viennart is well located for seeing the spectacular sights that Vienna has on offer but I would not like to be staying there in the height of summer! There is no air conditioning, just a fan in the corner of the room. Breakfast is excellent but the rooms are a little spartan for what you will pay.

Our room upgrade gave us a decent room....much larger than most European hotel rooms. But they didn't have ice and only offered free beverages from noon to midnight. The beverages could not be taken to the room, but had to be consumed in the lobby. Location was decent, especially if you want to see the Museumsquartier. Decent location to get...

Great stay! Was really impressed with the decor and design of the hotel. Really central and the staff were lovely. Only gripe would be lack of air conditioning...a little fan at the end of the bed wasn't enough for a good nights sleep! Such a shame otherwise would have been 100%!

I spent 4 nights here in September 2016. The hotel was well placed for underground, tram and sightseeing buses. The staff were very helpful, our room (606/607 - one whole room) was very spacious - double bed, lounge, (tv's in both rooms) and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning was a welcome bonus! There is a spar supermarket nearby. Coffee, tea...

Neighbourhood Profile
Neubau
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.
