Very conveniently located about a kilometre from the bus station [westbahnhof] Very polite and friendly staff. Got an upgrade on our room and complimentary wine on our anniversary! Breakfast plenty but a little monotonous. Overall very pleasant stay

We have returned for the fourth time in this location. Conveniently located near a subway station (only 1 station from Mariahilferstrasse), they have reasonable prices for the rooms. The hotel is rather old, but the deluxe room and bathroom are big and clean, (quite annoying to have separate toilette, but this is traditional). The WiFi is OK, they also introduced...

The room we had was shabby , separate wc and bathroom with a floral decor reminiscent of the 70's . Breakfast room was interesting and reasonable breakfast . It is quite a way out of the city so we walked miles- good for fitness ! The young lady at reception seemed to be mildly disinterested in helping although did order...

We arrived on a very hot day in Vienna. The hotel is about 4km from the centre and we've racked up some great step numbers walking to and from the old town! I mention the heat because, despite the spacious rooms, pretty courtyard and ornate furnishings, we realised straight away that there was no air con, which made the room...

Like most European mid-range hotels, it does the job it's meant to do well. There is a small reception area and ample breakfast room and the rest are bedrooms, which are clean, comfortable and well-serviced. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent: pots of coffee, fruit juices, pastries, breads, eggs, cheeses, hams etc. There was even...

Nice modern bathroom, pleasant layout - loved the courtyard garden. Yes, friendly and welcoming, close to metro. Our room was pretty spacious. Would go back anytime, and have recommended to everyone we know who is going to Vienna.

The hotel is good and nicely decorated, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is right next to a metro stop, although the area isn't that interesting or great it didn't bother us as we were elsewhere most days, you can easily get to the city centre within 10 minutes, and it is also very close to schonbrunn...

The hotel is described as traditional Viennese but is more like tired and shabby and in great need of an update. On arrival at the hotel we were met by a growling dog at reception with a proprietor who was just as unwelcoming. The room was large but shabby with no fridge and no hot drink making equipment. There was...

We were booked as a family into this hotel as a part of a package holiday. We were disappointed to be given two double rooms on separate floors, room 207 and 307. Rooms were quite large. Room 207 had a pedestal fan and 307 had AC. Both the rooms had a shower room with handbasin left of the doorway and...
