The hotel is situated in the Museum Quarter, with shops and a fine selection of restaurants also within walking distance. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with lots to choose from. The wifi signal was sometimes poor, which was rather frustrating at times. Reception staff were probably some of the most unfriendly I have...

Thank you to the K+K Hotel in Vienna for providing us with excellent accommodation in a great location to explore what is in my opinion the most beautiful city in Europe. The hotel is situated in a great district with a lot of cozy and international restaurants and bars, all the sights are in walking distance. The breakfast buffet is gorgeous and breakfast hours are very good, the breakfast room was a bit chaotic and packed, though - but only on the Sunday. The room was really nice with a comfy...

I think the location of the hotel is excellent, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because we thought it was overpriced, but there are plenty of options close by. There's also sightseeing places within walking distance and underground station it's only 2 blocks away.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. In the old town and with excellent access/connection with main city attractions. Staff was very helpful and kind (we were the only couple with children - 3). Very good choice and we certainly will come back

Visited for a long weekend, the hotel was a great find. It's situated just next to the museum quarter and underground stations so it's easy to travel around the whole city. The staff were always polite and accommodating, and spoke english perfectly. The breakfast was plentiful and a wide variety which is always nice first thing in the morning. Only...

The location of hotel is great, the staff is kind and available, 25€ per day a little bit expensive for the guests staying 3-4Days. The carpet in the room is used and should be replaced. The all staff is very helpful and kind.

This was our second visit to Vienna and to this hotel and we had no hesitation as for where to stay. We were not disappointing - on the contrary - it had fulfilled all our high expectations from our previous visits (two years ago). The Location, naturally, hasn't changed - and it's excellent. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet....

Staying in Neubau

Neighbourhood Profile
Neubau
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.
