We visited here around Christmas. The staff was incredible - super nice and gave us great recommendations! My only complaint was the room size and lack of AC. Even though it was cold outside, the rooms are a bit hot and stuffy because all rooms...More
This place is a real mixed bag.
So here's a story. I arrive at midnight following a delayed flight. Vienna is now closed for business ! So having dropped off my bags quickly in the room (more to come on that), I go to reception...More
Great location as it was walkable to almost everything we wanted to see. For the 3 days we were there, the breakfast in was fine. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean. Great chocolate store across the street!

In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The
Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
