What makes this hotel excellent? First, good service and location. You are very near to pedestrian zone, but your taxi can come to pick you up in front of your hotel. Everything is near, Hofburg imperial palace, Museum quartier, Stephansdom, Operahouse, Belvedere, metro...What I like...More
I stayed four nights as a single traveler at Wandl hotel recently and am quite happy with my stay. The room was small, but had a private bathroom, and it was cleaned well every day. Breakfast was included in the price which was a good...More
If location is important for you then this is the best hotel you could choose in Vienna. You'd be hard pushed to find a better located hotel in the heart of the first district at anything close to hotel Wandl prices. The hotel has history...More
The hotel is located on Peter's Square in the city centre, only 3 minute walk from the Stephen's Square and the cathedral. Everything is very close. The service was very pleasant and helpful in navigating me through Vienna.
The room was clean and very nice.

In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The
Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.

Again, I will repeat what the above reviewer rote ... we were a group of 55 people and I know that 3 gals roomed together ... there was a room with twin beds but then they had a separate little room with another single bed ... not sure which floor this was on but you can ask this question through their website. Good luck. I hope they can accommodate your request ... you will enjoy staying at the Wandl and it's great location! Happy Travels!
