Have spent 4 nights in an executive room - the room was quite spacious, excellent breakfast with a nice variety, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Came here for the marathon so a 800 hundred meters location from the finishing line was an extra advantage

This hotel was extremely well located, just by Rathaus and close to the museum quarter. The rooms were tiny though, very uncomfortable beds, an impossible lift and no parking. Not worthy of 2 stars, let alone 4

There was a mix up with the rooms but was dealt with very well by the reception staff. Excellent location a short walk to most of the main attractions and right beside tram and bus links. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need.

The hotel itself is located at the edge of the historic centre, a few 100 yards from the new 'Rathaus' so it is very close to places to visit but far enough from to enjoy a quiet night ;) Rooms are spacious, clean, have a dash of new and old mixed and can boast all the latest technologies (including USB...

Located to downtown with all attractions. Great hospitality nice breakfast. The hotel is a refurbished palace built in the 1800's during Kaiser Josef's time. The architecture is typical of that period. The staff is fluent in English and very helpful. Everyone is very polite and courteous. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I recommend this hotel highly. It is...

The reception staff here were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met - they helped us with everything from planning our day trip to Bratislava (including printing train times for us and letting us know which ones were quickest), to helping us with an angry taxi man!!

I stayed at the hotel with two young kids for a weekend city break. The hotel is centrally located, about 10-15 min walk from most point of interests, The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. Our room (Comfort Triple Room) was nice, but not all rooms of same class are the same, so you need some luck. The room...

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
