The staff were very helpful. Fine place for a low price, in a quiet area. Very nice with free car parking in the backyard. Short distance to underground station Zieglergasse to get quickly into the city centre

Nice hotel, breakfast, parking. A little small elevator. But good service. A recommend this because of its central placement and generally good standard. You will get a lot of what you pay for. So I van choose this hotel again.

We absolutely loved this hotel due to its location and design of the room. We could walk to all the major sites and could opt for the train if we were tired. The room was modern and gave us plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it was abundant and the selection of cold cuts, cheeses, buns...

We stay there for 2 nights in one of their apartment rooms. The apartment is very spacious with a living room and kitchen along with dining table. The only hitch was there was no lift for it but Dominic and Simona from the front desk were extremely helpful and helped us lug our 4 heavy bags up. We had reached...

Small hotel in a quiet neighborhood with private parking through a gate. Room was small, but was all that we needed. Stall shower as well as a fan in the room for cooling. Breakfast had a good variety and was available between 7am and 10am. Wifi worked well also. We would stay here again.

Pharmador is in a quiet tucked away neighbourhood behind the Museum Quartier and close to Westbahnoff and the shopping district in Mariahilfstrasse. There were three of us in a spacious room, very neat and clean. If you are coming in summer, be aware there's no air conditioning, just a swivel fan which took an hour to cool things down. Breakfast...

Pension Pharmador is well located within walking distance or a short tram ride to the museum district and other attractions. There were lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was well appointed with comfortable beds and a modern bath. Located on an inner courtyard, their was little city noise. The included breakfast was varied and high quality. Staff...

Pharmador is close to the Westbahnhof and very convenient for public transport. The accommodation is excellent and the breakfast is very good. The rates are very reasonable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was very impressed by the assistance given me by Claudio Sgorrati. Difficult to recommend this pension highly enough,

Staying in Neubau

Neighbourhood Profile
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.
