Spent three nights in this Ritz-Carlton hotel. The front desk staffs were friendly and the concierge gave wonderful information and service for touring and booking the concerts tickets. However the room and food were mediocre compared to the price we paid. Especially the morning buffet was below our expectation compared to other hotels we stayed. The location is good but...

Spent a night in the Ritz-Carlton, during a business meeting. The hotel is nice overall, and very well located. The bedding was great, but the room itself was just nice, nothing outstanding, not up to the expectations created, Food and catering was ok, but again below the expectations. There is nothing bad about the hotel, but nothing really outstanding either,...

We enjoyed our stay at the Vienna property and the proximity to the historic center of the city and many of the sites was most convenient. The public transportation options in Vienna are considerable.

A nice location the hotel is 4 historic palaces remade into a hotel about 4 years ago. Rooms are nice and spacious. Libby and dinning room felt a bit old school even though it is only 4 years old. Only concern is getting around would be hard in a wheelchair. Staff was very friendly

What a wonderful place to stay in Vienna. Ideally located, beautiful from the outside and the inside. The bed was so comfortable and the room very spacious. Delicious tea and coffee are complementary in the room. Free wifi and nice pool. The staff is highly competent and incredibly friendly. Loved my stay there!

Before my arrival I was contacted by the Vienna Ritz Carlton guest relations. I was asked the purpose of my visit to which I responded celebration of anniversary. The last stop on my European trip and I couldn't have ended it in the best way. This hotel is beautiful, the décor, the front of the hotel is gorgeous as well. They had fresh baked cake pops at the front desk which were delicious. The front desk agent (lubia?) and bellman(Javier?) was very familiar with the area recommended many...

My wife and I stayed here for 7 days. It is probably our once in a lifetime stay. We were treated like royalty and even received a free upgrade to a top floor suite for the entire length of our stay. We were further shocked to receive a gift of a bowl of fruit and water while we unpacked. The...

An incredible hotel, everything you expect from a 5 star hotel (beautiful pool, good fitness room, a sauna and steam baths), and a very dedicated staff. The bedding is amazing and the breakfast is very satisfying. I will come back as soon as possible.

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
