4 nights attending a meeting at the Austria Centre. Easy to get to just a 5 minute walk from Prater Messe. The Austria Centre is walkable in 25 minutes or so, or a 10 minute walk & the underground. Though the entrance & stairs are old the apartments are ultra modern. The kitchen had pretty much all you could ask... More

This apartment is most suitable for those who has businesses to attend to at the Messe Wien Conference centre. It is approximately a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station, which connects to the city centre in about 15 minutes. Its in a neighbourhood area. It does not have lift hence it was tiring for us as... More

It was the best choice for a business trip to Messe, Vienna. Clean, quiet, accessible, offering many free facilities: wi-fi, washing machine, small kitchen, LED TVs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee filter, iron and few more.

The house is really nice, there's everything you need. All the furnitures are new and everything works properly, we have had some issues with the wifi but someone came to repair the router in a short time and than was ok. The apartment has a supermarket exactly at the other side of the street and the subway stop "Messe-Prater" is... More

Walking distance to Messe Wien conference centre and underground, supermarket across the road. Equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine. Apartment was clean and well presented, and quiet despite the large estate beside the building. I was staying for more than a week, so would have appreciated more than one hand towel and bath mat, but when I asked... More

Well located for conference center, although area not particularly up market, very large estate behind apartment block. Very pleasant room in older style, characterful building which I actually liked. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Very convenient Spar across the road. The only english language TV channel was world service, would be great if a few more english satelite channels... More

We spend the weekend at an conference and had a walking distance to the meetings! The appartment was nice and clean and had all we needed! The company provided airport shuttle service for a reasonable fee, and it was excellent, even at an early departure when we left.

The apartment was very nice and clean, with well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, iron,... It is 5mins walk from the conference area, near the river. Mr. Wagner was very nice, gave me the keys from the apartment already at 11 a. m., gave me some good tips for restaurants.

Staying in Leopoldstadt

Neighbourhood Profile
Welcome to one of Vienna’s trendiest quarters. The second district has witnessed a turbulent ride, from medieval swamp to vibrant Jewish quarter, from pleasure ground for the noble and humble to current hip residence and workplace of Vienna’s creative crowd. Cross the Danube Canal from the city centre and take in life on Taborstrasse with its mix of old townhouses, churches, theatres, discount shops and ethnic restaurants. Head for Augarten via Karmelitermarkt, Leopoldstadt’s trendy marketplace. Baroque Augarten itself hosts a bizarre mix of manicured hedges and flowerbeds in front of a colossal World War II defense tower, the publicly accessible 300-year-old Augarten porcelain manufactory, the palatial boarding school and funky concert hall of the Vienna Boys Choir, and the modern art museum TBA21. At its opposite corner, The Prater not only houses the Giant Ferris Wheel but blends a bustling amusement park with lush woodland, perfect for a bike tour. Further east is the old derby racing ground of Krieau.
