We had a wonderful stay at Hollmann Beletage. The room was well designed and quiet, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. They even provide afternoon tea for their guests. The hotel is centrally located which meant we could walk almost everywhere. We would happily stay here next time we're in Vienna.

Hotel Hollmann Beletage was one of the best we've ever stayed at (and we travel a lot! ;-)) You can't beat the location: in the very heart of Vienna (5 min. on foot away from Stephansdom) and yet so quiet! Attention has been paid to details that you seldom come across even at 5-star hotels. From the very first moment...

The room came with a fruit stand, and a Pez dispenser for each guest! We were confused at first as to why the Pez, but then looked it up and found out that Pez was invented in Vienna. Haha..who woulda thought :) The bed is not one large bed, but rather two smaller beds pushed together, with same sheet but...

We chose to book a 'Residenz XL' room at this hotel. When we were shown to our room we thought it looked a bit less crisp and bright than on their website but that is about the only negative thing I can say about this hotel. The room was a great size with heaps of storage space for 2 people...

The Hollman Beletage was one of our favorite places that we've stayed in many trips to Europe. They've thought of every detail - great food at breakfast and for dinner in their nearby restaurant, wonderful room, VERY helpful staff, lovely atmosphere in communal areas including afternoon snacks, tea/coffee, Prosecco etc. Like staying with friends but without any of the often...

One of those hotels you almost don't want other people to find out about because then it will always be booked! The breakfast is amazing, I would want to eat there even if I wasn't a guest! Feels at once welcoming and exclusive. Super cool & an excellent value (especially for Vienna)

I did my research before I booked a family break for 3 nights pre Christmas to Vienna. This hotel was fun and very comfortable . Breakfast is a real feast and cooked items to order served with a flourish. Rooms were spacious very cleverly designed and we used the sauna . The receptionist was very helpful and cheerful. The teenagers were...

This is a really very impressive hotel. Its entrance is as discreet as its service. The rooms are beautifully styled. My wife and I stayed in an XL Beletage which was very nice indeed and the bath within the room is far more sociable than being locked away. As many people mention the breakfast is of very good quality, and...

Maybe not quite as funky as the website, but a lovely large room with great shower (didn't see the bath version) with a fantastic breakfast. The hotel seems pretty hands off as we arrived after 9 and and reception staff had left; however they were very helpful when required, and the breakfast staff are particularly nice. Make sure to keep...

Outstanding design, modern, comfortable, bedding and linen are first class, great staff. We were there for my wife's birthday on the first morning we had breakfast in bed. What a treat. The next two days we had breakfast in the coffee shop, great food with a very large choice. But best of all, sitting, next to us in his flannel...

“Room 23 is great. It is on the corner of the building over looking two quiet streets. It has a beautiful canopy bed and a rainshower that is wonderful, especially in the colder months.”
