Great location nice comfortable refurbished room if a little bit small breakfast was good decent enough selection of food. The only real drawback was the roadworks outside the whole area was dug up and had been for some time we were told. They also started work at 07.00 but it made us get up and make the most of Bergen.

Ok hotel, but is under construction at the moment. Ok breakfast, but the bacon was soggy and only soft boiled eggs. No fried eggs. Great people working both in the restaurant and in the reception... T

We stayed here for two nights. The room was dark, worn down and dirty. Lots of dust under the bed, unappetizing stains several places on the walls and the bathroom/shower was especially dirty and disgusting. Small TV on the wall at an odd angle from the bed, it couldn't be adjusted either. We'd requested and paid for an extra bed...

Hi TrudeKN, I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. We are in the middle of a total renovation of our hotel, so when finished in May, our product will be smashing. Welcome back!

When checking in for two nights I thought the desk person had billed me for only one! Not so. Very reasonable price! Very! Got the option to stay in oine of the freshly redecorated rooms. Only: No TV (yet). I did not coem to Bergen to watch TV so ok by me. Nice room. Fresh. Quiet. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast....

As many have said the hotel is currently under renovation - still operational and no impact on our stay, but we had a room that wasn't yet renovated and you can tell why they are renovating the whole place. It wasn't horrible, but a new bathroom and some new curtains would be nice. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, especially...

As others have said the hotel is being renovated. The rooms were not large, it is budget, but large enough, warm and good comfortable bed with, revelation, a pillow that was ok! The breakfast was good enough, little supper late at night without charge, and the staff pleasant. Close to town and docks. Happily stay there again

Our room was on the small side, but still had everything. Breakfast was included but very long queues and it was to finish at 9 am but at about 8.30 the chef stopped cooking and started packing up. Didn't care at all that people were still coming in for breakfast. Otherwise enjoyable stay.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation and we stayed in one of the new rooms. It was very clean and nice, although somewhat basic (which is expected, since this is a Comfort hotel). The only negative thing was that they cheaped out on the renovation of bathrooms and did not install floor heating ;)

Hi and thanks for your feedback. We do have a Comfort floorheating, that will give a ok temperature, but not hot enough to burn your feet :-)

We stayed in Bergen in December and this motel was really easy to find. We walked from the Hurtigruten port, but it was also really close to the airport bus. The staff at the desk were very knowledgeable and friendly. If you want a great bar head to the no stress bar, fantastic! The room was neat and tidy, fairly...

This is your basic no frills hotel. Rooms are in need of some TLC, but should be much better in May 2017 when the remodel is due to be completed. We stayed on the3rd floor and were not bothered by any noise from the construction workers. This hotel is in a prime location, guiet yet close to city center. Breakfast...
