The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the location was excellent - near the fish market, the floyban cable car up the mountain and less than a 15 minute walk from the train station. I would stay there again.

The room was perfect. We had much choise for a delicious breakfast. The personnel was top. The location was quiet but yet very close to all the things we wanted to see. There was only one little minus: the matras was too soft and I rolled over to the middle.

Staff were very friendly, it is a cute centrally located hotel in Bergen, the hotel entrance is a block away from the water front but many rooms do face the water. Modern hotel with comfy beds, we ordered room service and the potatoes that came were amazing.

This hotel is a short walk from the train station. We arrived late in Bergen, went to check in and did with ease. There are maps on the front desk which you can take with you, iPads to use and an Mac. Tea, coffee and water available to help yourself. Our room was a good size, comfy bed and ok...

Well positioned to walk anywhere in the City; close to eating places; Bryggen and the furnicular. Breakfast was included in our package and the array was fantastic and fresh. Our room was one of the quietest we have ever stayed in even though it faced a road; it was warm, clean and serviced daily. Recommend highly.

Ordered a single room to a very good price, but was upgraded to a spacious double room (low season). Bergen is a small city, you can walk to most of the sights. This hotel has a very good location. I had a quiet room towards the same street of the entrance, but if you get a room on the other...

The hotel is the best location in Bergen, close to Bryggen. Room is big enough, breakfast is great (really the highlight), hotel has access to UNA restaurant without having to leave the hotel, and their food is amazing as well. Friendly staff, tea and coffee available near the reception for free, our request for a double room instead of 2...

The hotel is wonderfully sighted in the old part of town near to the fortress and centrally located for everything you would ever want to do in Bergen. Staff very friendly and helpful with wonderful knowledge and recommendations. Luggage room very useful if leaving late in the day and safety deposit box at reception convenient.

This hotel is often the one offered by Coop Hotellkupp, which is how we like to travel in Norway. Unlike other cities, the hotels that Coop offers in Bergen seem to be second rate. It is hard to find a good one, and Marin is an ok middle of the road solution. With Coop it is quite reasonably priced, but...
