The hostel is located in a very good place - near to the railway station and the center of the city. The staff is very kind- the hostel was full (we got to Bergen spontanously), so they called some hostels around for us. Those hostels were full too, so we decided to stay in Intermission's garden, in a tent (there...

Nice hostel to stay 1 or 2 nights. It is close to the city center of Bergen. Staff is friendly and flexible. They help me to store my bike in a safe place. I appreciate that. There is only one big dorm but atmosphere is quite.

Lovely and personal atmosphere. Roomy location with big kitchen and living rooms (for the "few" rainy days in Bergen) Good prices. Nice people. Good distance to the city centre and train station. But the staff could open a bit more for the guests. Had a bit the feeling that some of them are too much within their Christian group thing...

The hostel owner owns it for about 30 years. But you won't see him much, because the hostel is managed & run by students for the summer. They were enthousiastic, social & friendly. The atmosphere was therefore great. People of different sexes and ages stayed there. We felt at home and felt bad leaving. It is a very good thing...

The hostel has a unique atmoshpere because everybody is so close to one another. If you like meeting new people, this is the place for you. You can't walk past other travellers without having a little chat, especially when you are travelling as single. This is a true international place. Whether it rains, whether the sun shines, you can stay...

Me and my boyfriend we've booked... 5 NIGHTS in that terrible place. But after discovering how unpleasant and disgusting it is we stayed there for only 1 night and booked First Hotel Marin for rest of our trip. The staff is nice as average nice. 63 beds in one average size room. 3 showers- NEVER CLEANED! Don't even go in...

This is one of the friendliest hostels I've ever been to; if you're looking for friends while you travel, this is the place to find them. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The optional breakfast was cheap and good. There's a nice lounge area with comfy chairs, a table, and piano, and plenty of space just off the kitchen...

Had great 2 nights at the place. Although the check-in might be little bit late (5pm) the staff always allows you to leave your bags at any time so you can freely explore the city. It's the best budget value for money in Bergen (my 3rd visit): linens, towel, wifi are included and you can get breakfast for only 30NKK. Staff...
