We stayed for two nights in the Caswell Bay room as a family. The guest house is spotlessly clean and the room was decorated beautifully, with lovely attention to detail. Metin could not do enough for us throughout our stay. There was an honesty fridge with complementary fresh milk for the tea and coffee n the room, plus canned soft drinks for ÂŁ1. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options (pre order the night before). It was delicious! Again, nothing too much trouble for our host Metin! Location is also excellent being right by the front with cycle and pedestrian path to head to Swansea or further east not the Mumbles. Lots of places to shop and eat/drink nearby plus the lovely bracelet bay in walking distance. Can highly recommend the fabulous Tides Reach!

Twin room Caswell 4 Immaculate, all needs catered for, friendly but not intrusive, very comfortable new mattresses, comfy double pillows, a fan if needed, drinks trays with everything catered for wine glasses, tumblers, decaf both for tea and coffee, fresh biscuits treats each day, milk and all manor of tea varieties available in the breakfast room at any time of day. Nothing was too much trouble for Matin. Bathroom, lovely soft fresh towels replaced as often as you need them to be. The sitting room area with another Tv allows each to watch what they enjoy if needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again or to recommend.

Firstly let me apologise to you Metin as we visited last August but I forgot to write a review. This little gem is well worth a visit. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Soft bedding and a very comfy mattress as well as all the little touches. We loved how we put our dirty crockery out and every day they were returned sparkling clean with a little sweet treat to accompany them. The breakfast was faultless. I have never been anywhere where there was so much choice and all cooked to perfection. Metin what can we say "you are definitely the host with the most" a true gentleman that cares deeply for his guests. He makes you feel right at home from the moment you step through the door. We have booked and will be returning in April for more 5* treatment.

We enjoyed an excellent three night stay in this outstanding guest house in Thr Mumblrs,ideally located on the seafront, just a short stroll from the bars and restaurants of the town centre. We stayed in room 4, which had a sleeping area with a high class en-suite and a spacious seating area with an extra day bed. The room was tastefully and comfortably furnished and included a fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities.Fresh milk was freely available from the dining room downstairs . Metin was the perfect host, very helpful and always available. Should we return to the Gower in the future, we would not stay anywhere else. If we could, we would award six stars.

A very warm welcome awaits all guests. The rooms are very well appointed and those with sea views are stunning. The standard of cleanliness was excellent as were the tea and coffee making facilities with replacement teabags and fresh milk freely available. There was also a fridge in each room. If you needed assistance it was quickly and efficiently given but , unless you wanted contact with the proprietors, the only time you saw them was when they served the wonderful breakfast which had a broad range of choice. I would happily stay here again should I ever find myself in Swansea needing accommodation. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, just 2 minutes stroll on the coastal path, takes you to in the centre of Mumbles. Check-in was easy with the keys available in safety boxes. We stayed in room 4, which is more of a suite than a room, with a spacious seating area, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Fresh milk is available from the fridge in the dining room, you help yourself! Also available are extra tea and coffee. Lovely toiletries are to be found in the bathroom, along with a flannel for removing your make-up, tissues and added extras that are usually found in 5 star hotels! Any requests are accommodated by the super professional and warm hosts Metin and Eleanor, they couldn't be more helpful! The breakfast selection leaves you spoilt for choice, everything from cereals and fresh fruit to a delicious home cooked breakfast. Every area is immaculately clean and very well maintained. Our room was tastefully decorated and furnished. The whole stay from beginning to end was fabulous, Tides Reach is definitely a home away from home and we can't wait to return.

Just returned from a lovely stay at this bed and breakfast. The room was lovely, clean lovely sea view. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, and the host was very friendly and accommodating nothing was too much trouble. Sea front location just ten minutes walk to the town restaurants and bars also taxis available. Highly recommend will return.

The perfect location to explore Mumbles and local beaches on foot or the rest of Gower by car or bus. This hotel boasts stunning views of the sea front and the parking at the back makes it very convenient. It is perfect for a business stay or if you are looking for a relaxing location and showcases the best Swansea and Mumbles has to offer.
The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated in this boutique guest house. The extra touches provided by the hosts made my stay perfect!
The breakfast was plentiful , delicious and served by the most gracious hosts who were knowledgeable about the area and made me feel welcome and at home.
I cannot recommend Tides Reach enough and will definitely be back.

From when we arrived to when we left, our whole experience was 5 star! Metin, our landlord , was attentive, knowledgeable, courteous and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a fabulous experience. Our room had been meticulously prepared, very tastefully decorated and fully furnished. A huge comfortable bed, hot showers, and a well presented full on, freshly cooked breakfast to order set us up each morning. The guest house is right on the edge of the beach, with glorious walks and views to the left and to the right. All the popular sights of the Gower peninsula were very easily accessed from our accommodation.
