Firstly let me give credit where credit’s due. Lewis who hosted me was fantastic, with a wealth of local knowledge and he was genuinely happy to help. The breakfast was tasty, hot and filling. The bedroom had a lovely sea view and comfortable bed. Unfortunately for £100 a night I found Shoreline a little disappointing and expensive, granted the view from my room was nice but I found the room decor/furniture and bathroom very basic and in need of some updating and tlc. There were large piles of bags stacked up everywhere as I left my room which I can only think were full of linen, which looked messy. The breakfast room was chaotic with mess everywhere which again, really let’s Shoreline down. I had to move some dishcloths off the windowsill in front of me before I had breakfast, it just needed a thorough clean and tidy up and a lick of paint to freshen things up. I’m unsure if this chaos was due to covid but presentation and creating a lovely atmosphere is important to me whilst I’m away and unfortunately Shoreline lacked in that. Potential to be really lovely! But it definitely needs some love and attention put into Shoreline to raise the bar.

Family run business. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were very accommodating to our vegan diet. The room was a good size and was spotlessly clean. The en-suite was a tad on the small size but was manageable.
Great location and just a short walk to Mumbles Pier and Bracelet Bay.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Great location, spotlessly clean rooms. Plenty of choice for evening meals within walking distance. Lovely tasty home cooked breakfast. Some free parking outside the hotel. If no spaces are available, there is a pay car park almost opposite on the sea front.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Freshly decorated
and lovely and clean. We had the double room with a sea view. We had a table and chair in the window so I could sit and look at the sea. Lewis is very friendly and helpful with advice about where to visit. The full English breakfast is amazing. If you have a room at the top there are a few stairs to go up. Also if you have a room at the front it can be a bit noisy sometimes at night outside but the windows have good insulation. We had a lovely weeks stay here. The Mumbles has lots of different places to eat and a pier. The beach isn’t really for sunbathing on but there are quite a few within close proximity to do that. A few castles to visit nearby and beautiful Rhosilli within half an hours drive.

Brilliant , family run hotel, rooms are clean and tidy, all you need. The hotel is perfectly situated for a stay in the mumbles. Also an ideal base to explore the absolutely stunning Gower peninsula. The restaurant is amazing if you like authentic Italian food. No breakfast, but the is lots of choice all within a few meters either way. Can’t recommend this place highly enough when wanting to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty.

I can thoroughly recommend the Shoreline in Mumbles. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The location is ideal, on the sea front at Mumbles. The beds were comfortable (always a decisive factor) and the breakfast was superb.

This is a lovely B&B with fantastic friendly hosts. The room was clean, had plenty of room and the king size bed was amazing. A little more power in the shower would've been great, but by no means was it a showstopper. A very hearty, tasty breakfast cooked by Alan, topped off the stay!

Cannot rate highly enough, these guys go above and beyond to make your stay special. Very impressed with soya milk in the room for tea and vegan breakfast choice. The view from the room was amazing too.

Hello, I am sorry but we don't have a ground floor bedroom or a lift. We do have a ramp but there is no disabled parking directly outside however there are some disabled bays in the car park directly opposite.
