This is a first for us this hotel had amazing staff who couldn't do enough for you really helpful and happy at all time. The food was very good especially the breakfast where you can help yourselves with even the cooked side of things always fresh. Although we had refurbished rooms they were still a little tired looking but no...

My husband and I went on 12th December for my birthday, it's about 20 years since I last came, we requested a room on a low floor , which we got, room 125, our room faced the back street, and fire escape, it was a nice twin room with lovely large bathroom, the beds were clean and comfortable, the room...

After a long drive on a very comfortable coach we did not know what to expect when we arrived. The hotel manager came onto the coach to welcome us which was good. We did not have to struggle with cases as the hotel brings them to your room for you. The room on the 3rd floor had been modernised the...

Had a lovely break in Eastbourne. The hotel is old and some areas need updating but the staff and facilities are good. The food was average but typical of this kind of holiday and quite acceptable. Trips ok but terrible driver - no personality so spoiled the excursions as he had no knowledge of the area. Overall though, very good...

Have stayed several times at this hotel. Standard seems to be declining little by little. Guests signing for self drive holidays need to be careful they are not paying more than those on coach tours. All areas of hotel are clean and staff are polite and cheerful. Meals are the weak area. Although breakfast is supposed to be available until...

We arrived Saturday afternoon and checked in by very nice lady. We had trouble finding a permit holder parking space what the hotel charge £1 per 24 hour parking. We found a ncp small multi story car park 3 minute walk from hotel, cost £5 for 24 hrs and is locked up after 9 pm until early morning, suited us...

We travelled here with Shearings for a 5 day break in February. Although we got off to a bad start - we were offered a room which should not have been offered to anyone due to its condition - the staff were great and dealt with the problem very efficiently. We were given a room with a lovely view of...

The setting on the seafront was the highlight for me. The hotel is fine and the rooms are actually large, spacious, and fairly modern. The breakfast was ok although I was a little annoyed at being seated so far from everyone else. This hotel seemed to cater for an older crowd on this weekend but overall it was pleasant enough.
