I've stayed in this hotel three or four times and each time in never disappointed. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, the rooms are average sized and the food is delicious too. Always a pleasant stay here and even get to check out late free of charge!

We stayed just one night whilst visiting friends in Eastbourne. Our room, a twin on the front with a nice sea view, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast, served in a modern bright dinning room, was very good. All the staff were very pleasant and most helpful. The location is great. We were happy customers.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant areas were very clean and modern, however the room did not live up to the lower floor standard. We were put in the old part of the hotel, which i'm lead to believe was originally the guest house next door which had been knocked through ! The room...

One of those places that is fine if you're there for one night and just need a place to sleep and aren't too concerned about the place itself. Decor is ok but quite outdated though rooms at the front do get a lovely view on to the seafront. Unfortunately our shower didn't work (had to resort to a head over...

Room was nice and comfortable; en suite with shower. Breakfast was very good. Hotel has a bar. Staff were friendly. Getting to our room involved an adventure of ups and downs (quite a lot of stairs). Wasn't a problem for us but if you have mobility issues, might be worth contacting hotel before to see if they could accommodate you...

First impressions were good, right on the seafront & the young lady on reception was friendly & very helpful (sorry I didn't take a name). Our room, 131, was large airy very clean with lovely sea views. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the pier. This is exactly what we have been looking for in Eastbourne - the...

Chaos at Calais, mean't a last minute change to Newhaven for a ferry to France. This hotel came up half an hour away and a reasonable price. We found a very clean hotel, right on the front. Its an old building with a maze of corridors and a lovely staircase that reminds you of seaside holidays past. However its freshly...
