This was our first time at Eastbourne and I cannot say enough about the Hotel and Staff it was not like being in a Hotel but more like "staying with friends". From arriving in the Coach at the Hotel everything went from strength to strength. We were invited to have tea and biscuits whilst our cases were taken to our...

Had a good time with like minded people out to enjoy ourselves. Food very good, staff very nice, with smiles at all times, entertainment suited us.. Steve in the bar was very patient and helpful. My room, a single, adequate for me, shower room new, cleaners cheerful. From Eastbourne you can catch buses into Brighton or Hastings.

During this time our cases are taken to our room, which is always spotless. Tea making facilities, and en suite. Even though it's...

Our room was at...

Also Carla who keeps the bedrooms clean and tidy. The waiter we had was very friendly but the restaurant can be a bit crowded and they have a strict timetable...

What a great week, as usual. Went with Gibbons Coaches, nothing too much trouble for the hotel staff although there were two other coaches there for the week. The food...
