Even when telephoning to make our booking, we found the attitude of Karen and Tony to be first claing breakfass. On arrival, their welcome was genuine, with tea and biscuits for all four; even though only my wife and I were actually staying. The access to our first floor room(named "Ty Gwyn") was easy for my partially disabled wife and...

Just an overnight stay this time and just my wife and I, but still the 'usual' warm and friendly welcome from Karen and Tony. Our room was faultless, spotlessly clean, and really comfortable beds. Tony's legendary breakfast was fantastic, and set us up wonderfully for the trip back home. An absolutely perfect stay.

Visited Llandudno a bit later than normal but no regrets as the weather was great and as we've come to expect Karen and Tony were the perfect hosts. The accommodation is second to none and Tony's breakfasts are spot on. This is a very welcoming venue and nothing's too much trouble for Karen and Tony. I unhesitatingly recommend Holcombe House,...

We stayed here for a few nights in room on top floor- very clean and comfortable bed. Karen and Tony are lovely hosts. Greeted with tea in the parlor and they helped us get dinner reservations. If we get back to northern wales this is the place we will stay! Breakfast was wonderful and they gladly accommodated an early breakfast...

Just returned from our four days' break at Holcombe House. I can only describe it as perfect. The Guest House is lovely and Karen and Tony wonderful hosts, who went out of their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Tony's breakfasts were amazing and very generous; definitely set you up for a day's...

We booked 2 double rooms for 2 nights and due to our requirements, I had to ring to book. By the end of the conversation I felt like I'd known Karen for years, she was so warm and friendly, and I knew we would have a great stay. Holcombe House did not disappoint, from the first offer of a cup...

This was our first visit to Holcombe House. It was a last minute booking and I had to phone during the breakfast service for which I apologised but Karen couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, within 30 minutes she had rang back to confirm our booking .We stayed in room 2 which was well appointed and comfortable. Tony cooks...

Spent 3 nights here recently with my 2 sisters. We had a twin and a single room. Both were spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Karen and her husband Tony who run the guesthouse were so helpful and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the tea and biscuits provided in the resident's lounge on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble, from suggestions...
