Just out of season. Sea view room no22, good view, splendid Welsh flag outside window, also pet seagull included... Everything warm comfortable, staff very efficient and helpful, grub ok, no problems except for the windy weather, can't be helped. Main tourist Mostyn Street very adjacent, 2 minute walk. Used rear parking without problems. The Lift always worked and quickly! Would...

We had a lovely time at this hotel. We parked the car in the on-site car park and didn't use it again till we went home. All the amenities in Llandudno were within a short walk of the hotel. The facilities were excellent for the grade of hotel. The seaview room was clean and well decorated. The only minor problem...

The hotel was a little difficult to pick out in a row of very similar buildings and the parking was tight but the staff were nice, the breakfast and servers were stupendous and the rooms adequate. I say rooms because I had planned to be there for only one night but when I found I was going to be in...

We as a group of 16 have visited for the past 3 years and have had a great time. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are attentive and well humoured. The Bar is well attended by us and is well manned ! Great place to stay and excellent value. We will be back in 2017 .

Stayed for a short break here due to easy access to the beach. The room was clean (although not exactly spacious which isn't a big issue as we spent most time out), but trouble with toilet flushing and lights not working. Breakfast was lovely, with wide choices including cereals, toast with various spreads, yoghurt, fruit and of course cooked breakfast....

Just home from a four night stay, we had a premier room overlooking the sea, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, two easy chairs with foot stool in the bay window gave it that special finish. Breakfast choice was good with plenty to eat, the staff where very friendly and helpful, decent bar, entertainment if you wanted it of...

Clean quiet classic B&B in a central location on the seafront with car parking at the rear of the property. Whilst the room was small the bed was comfy. There is a drip from the downpipe outside the room which was quite annoying but must not have disturbed sleep as I forgot to mention it at the time. The bathroom was...

We had a great room overlooking the sea with a bright, clean bathroom. The staff were very friendly and we had an excellent breakfast in the basement restaurant. The hotel is an old building but it has been converted well and has the benefit of a lift and bar.
