Stayed at this hotel twice now and they never fail to deliver a 1st class service. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very friendly. The food was excellent and the service could not be faulted ,Ryan and Egar who served our table could not do enough for you.The entertainment that's provided is was great well done.

Mywife and I had a pleasant few days at this hotel, our only complaint w .as the the breakfast was between 8.30 to 9. We think that they could have been more flexible for the none coach visitors. Otherwise no complaints.

Arrived as part of a coach party from Kent. We were welcomed on the coach and check-in was straightforward. The room was small and a tad tired but spotlessly clean. The food and service in the restaurant as excellent and of a standard one might not expect in a small family hotel. Yes the hotel is dated and the rooms...

Stayed here over the weekend on a themed break. It was our 3rd time in Llandudno this year. The staff are all superb & cannot do enough for you they are obviously well trained. Location is good too only 5 minutes stroll to the town centre. The food was good typical english quisene set meals. The biggest let down was...

I booked a 2 night stay here through a promotional voucher. I fancied a weekend away in Llandudno and I decided to go for it. When I booked it was a 2 night stay, with breakfast and welsh tea on arrival for £99. It said it was £299, so I made a saving of £200. I thought this was a...

We booked this hotel for the week-end on a voucher code and considered it to be good value for the B&B we wanted and on arrival we had a Welsh tea included..The hotel's main trade is in coach parties and so it has a very large bland function room where we unerstood there was niightly entertainment. Whilst we were there...

This review is on behalf of my mother and sister who travelled here with Caledonian coach tours. On arrival the coach was met by staff from the hotel who boarded the coach and checked everyone in and had their luggage taken directly to the rooms. The room was a reasonable size twin ,clean and comfortable with a good bathroom. The food...

Must say was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, nice room, good size ,nice bed linen and very comfortable bed , I think it caters for coach trips and it was like going back in time with only one sitting for breakfast and evening meal , the hotel was nearly full and I didn't know how they would manage to serve...

Just returned from a short stay at the Evans Hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel but I could not complain about the staff or the ambience. All the public areas are well decorated and nicely presented. OK the rooms are a bit dated and on the small side but they are spotlessly clean. We just had a two...
