Room was a very strange set up. From the door you went down some steps to the bedroom. No bathroom. At the bottom of the stairs before it opened into the bedroom there was a tiny shower cubicle on the right and a toilet on the left. On the plus side the staff were nice and we

Having read a few negative reviews I was a bit apprehensive before arriving at The Bay Hotel on Tuesday afternoon. Some reviews complained about small bathrooms and that the lift has not worked since Xmas. I am 79 and not up to climbing many flights of stairs. We had booked a

I stayed here for 3 nights with my Mum last week. We had booked 2 single rooms with sea views. The rooms were small, as you would expect for singles but perfectly adequate with lovely views. The bathrooms were TINY, but very clean and functional. I was really disappointed that

We booked 2 rooms back in January through Booking.com because we had stayed there previously and found it to be wonderful, how things have changed! The rooms we had were at the rear of the hotel providing a view of rubbish, bins and assorted plastic not to mention a eye view of

Nice little gaff but how can you justify 8.80 for a glass of house wine and 5.00 or was it 5.50 for a pint of lager. Even your small bottle of lemonade was £2.40. Shocking prices and you are taking the mickey with these prices. This is Llandudno not London. Shameful prices.

hello ive asked questions but no one comes back too me
Hi sassycarla. The meals are served to your table and not buffet, except the breakfast where you help yourself to cold drinks, ie fruit juices etc. The breakfast comes to you via a waitress. The hotel is at the far end of the promenade and about a 10 minute walk to the centre. We prefer this as we like a sea view room and it therefore means less noise outside. 👍

There is a lift in the hotel but there are steps down to the beach

Sea and Beach is in front of hotel, there is wide flat path but then to get to the sea it’s quite rocky and a bit of a hazard for some, if you stick to the flat and walk towards the pier it is a good 15 minute flat walk you can see a bit more sand and the pier there is also a trolley here that you can take to the other beach for a couple of quid, it’s nice and will save your feet plus you get to see beautiful coastline and kite surfers.
