We came to the Llandudno Bay hotel for a night away for our 3 year anniversary. Room was excellent, really clean and tidy exactly how we expected it! Comfy bed nice warm gowns and slippers! Lively little touches to the room nice lamps and bedding. Lovely feel to it. We stayed in room 113 the only downfall to the room...

Stayed with friends in July this year as a base to see a concert at the Venue Cymru Theatre. After a lot of bell ringing I had to look around for someone to book us in as there was no one on reception Both couples had a sea view room which was modern but very small. The bathroom was equally...

Second stay this year, and this time for pleasure. Manager Stuart ensured my wife and I had a superb room with a spectacular sea view. In addition to my comments made in June, this hotel has several key features which most other properties in Llandudno do not have. The rooms are modern and well maintained, most rooms have a bath...

Stayed three nights here in our comfortable room and looked forward to our lovely choice for breakfast, which set us up for the day nicely. The staff were always friendly & helpful and nothing ever a problem.

Had a 3 night stay last week. The hotel is really good quality with friendly and helpful staff. The only real gripe that I had was the size of the bathrooms. I say bathrooms because my three colleagues had the same gripe. They are small to say the least - although very high quality. A larger person would struggle to...

I had a lovely room with spectacular views over the sea. The staff were friendly and courteous and I especially enjoyed the food, both breakfasts and evening dinner. The hotel is handily located either for a stroll along the promenade or access to Llandudno's many shopping outlets.

Cakes and sandwiches delicious and lots of choice. Bara brith a nice unusual touch. We were able to take all the cakes we hadnt eaten in boxes for later. Fantastic value. Feedback...

Lovely afternoon tea, took two boxes home with us as there was so much! Staff very friendly and professional and it's a beautiful restaurant. Only criticism was that the restaurant was empty apart from us until another couple arrived - unfortunately, they were seated on the next table to us so we were having to whisper as we were so...

Visited Llandudno after a 41 year absence and stayed at the Llandudno Bay Hotel. Nicely presented frontage and attractive entrance leads into a small lobby area and reception. Exits wither side to restaurant and lounge / cocktail bar. Initial impressions welcoming and this was backed up by the fellow on reception. Overall public areas are in very good condition and...
