Stayed here for a night as it worked out cheaper than an AirBNB. Breakfast wasn't included, but there are plenty of cafés around town. The room was OK, clean, a little small (the two chairs were unnecessary) and dated. Shower was little more than a tickle - the taps were more powerful. The bed was really comfortable though. Limited free...

This hotel is in a great position on the Promenade and does provide value for money. The food is good albeit a simple and limited menu. The Hotel was, however, far too hot for us and the Bedroom which was on the front of the Hotel with wonderful sea views had a serious problem with ageing single glazed wooden sash...

Went for snack lunch. Ordered cheese melt and tongue sandwich from menu. Told they no longer did tongue so changed to ham. Coffees arrived promptly but food took 20 minutes to come. The sandwich was ok, though using yesterday's bread, but the cheese melt was on a baguette that had been over-microwaved and was so hard it could not be...

This hotel is on the front of Llandudno prom. From the outside it looks nice, it is well kept and tidy. The hotel entrance is on the side of the building, there is street parking outside the hotel which is free for 90mins between 9am to 5pm and we had no trouble parking but in busy periods you would struggle....

The food in dining room was very good lots of choice, very generous portions and served by...

What's not to like here!! We had a lively light and airy sea view room on the second floor that was clean and comfortable with nice white sheets and duvet covers - ok the new owners have not got around to decorating or refurbishing all the rooms yet but this is a large hotel and it will take time. All...

Just returned from a weekend coach trip to this Hotel. We were there 3 nights with entertainment on each night. Owners and Staff gave excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. Food was superb and service in the Dining Room was excellent. The bedrooms were warm and well cleaned. Nice fluffy towels renewed when required. Plenty of sea view...
