Stayed one night in this excellent hotel in a sea view room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped for all our needs. The evening meal was cooked to order and was first class. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice, the head chef was there cooking eggs etc to...

We stay in Llandudno around 3-4 times a year and this hotel will be our choice for all future trips. Location is perfect but then other hotels could say that - it is inside that sets it apart. Receptionists are friendly, professional and set a good tone. Décor is first class (recently refurbished I believe?) both in the large public...

Wow! The Merrion has always been a lovely place to stay, but the changes have made it even better. A spacious lovely redecorated room and one the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on - even my partner who is 6ft 6 could stretch out! Clean and immaculate throughout. But let's get onto the reason many come here... the food....

We went to the Merrion for our granddaughters 21st Birthday Dinner Party. Absolutely brilliant food, excellent Staff. This hotel has a real heart, a passion. If you haven't visited for a while, you need to check it out. The restaurant has changed, open plan, so you can watch the expertise of the wonderful Chef's at work. Food was delicious, couldn't...

Myself and my partner live locally and like to take an hour to ourselves on a Saturday afternoon to enjoy a coffee and a slice of cake and just watch the world go by. This week we'd gone for a walk along Llandudno Prom, and spotted the afternoon tea sign outside the Merrion. We'd never been in before so thought...
